Visiting the rhino sanctuary was a roller coaster of emotions for me!
I was overwhelmed with joy being close to these majestic creatures, at the same so much sadness hearing stories of the brutality they face.
Rhino are being slaughtered at a rapid rate and if not for places like this the Rhino would undoubtably reach extinction.
We can make a difference.
If you are in a position to donate I urge you to help support this establishment in the preservation of these incredible animals.
I will be donating the full proceeds of this video as well as adopting Kai.
Together with Ryse Supplements we will be doing a site wide sale and donating a portion of the sales to Care For Wild.
If you want to know more or wish to donate you can find out more via their Instagram page: / careforwild

I weigh around 67kg and when I calculated my daily intake based on weight and height it says around 2.5k to maintain so I eat around 2.9k calories daily. Is this not enough to gain weight/muscle?
@jpchris96
@jpchris96 2 жыл бұрын
@@marco7838 I feel like you'd able to get better advice outside of a youtube comment's section, but - Possibly: If you've calculated your TDEE accurately (which is difficult, websites only have estimates, plus your daily useage is also tough to track) a 400 kcal surplus per day will 100% make you gain weight. Generally speaking, 1kg of bodyfat equates to about 7000 kcals, (I'm not sure exactly for muscle). Using this as a guide, a 400 kcal surplus per day will gain you a kilogram of bodyweight every 2-3 weeks. But this is difficult to track accurately and differs from person to person. On top of this, if you're not eating the correct macros your body will struggle to create muscle. This is the reason clean bulking is used more successfully by seasoned or more experienced dieters/bodybuilders as they have a more accurate idea on exactly what number of calories they require for maintainance. Hit your calorie surplus every day, hit your macros, (especially protein if you're working out) and assess after a month. The other thing - don't get discouraged by fluctuations in your weight - if you can be consistant to when you weigh yourself you can track your progess daily, but it will not be obvious which direction your weight is tracking until a few weeks have passed! You got this!

One of the most important thing I've learned is not to follow a "Diet", instead, change your lifestyle. Too strict clean bulking will almost always lead to rebound and dirty bulking usually leads to delusions. Muscles will not cancel out body fat, excessive body fat is always harmful regardless of how strong you are.

Gotta love this side of YT, just keeping it real and straightforward. I've been eating clean with one cheat MEAL once a week for 6 months. IT was brutal at first, but I reminded myself what my goal is and every time I broke my diet it made the goal farther away. I lost over 40 lbs, feel super energized, and feel more passion in life. It's not always just getting gains, but being comfortable in your body where normal chores should feel easy. I hope everyone can enjoy their day, take care
