I’ve suffered from asthma since I was a child. I’m going to be 49 year’s old next month. I’ve noticed that the older I get, the asthma attacks are stronger and harder for me to control. All year long has been a battle for me. I’ve been in & out of the hospital. I’ve had pneumonia twice this year and I don’t understand why I get pneumonia so easily😔 it makes it so much harder for me to breathe. I use a steroid inhaled inhaler that keeps be stable every 12 hours. I find that I hardly use my rescue inhaler because the steroid inhaler keeps the asthma controlled. I woke up this morning feeling kinda sad as I don’t have a normal life. I get winded easily with any exertion. This morning, when I woke up, something deep inside of me made want to search up Breathing exercises for Asthma. I found your video. I thank God for people like you. To my surprise, I felt so good after doing your breathing exercises. I NEVER EVER would of thought that there was such a thing as Breathing Exercises. Thank you so much for sharing with the world your breathing exercises for asthmatics. I feel soo motivated. God bless you!!

I just tried this for the first time. I have exercise induced asthma and I've been struggling to find my breath for over an hour now. The first two reps of the first exercise in this video were difficult. Each time I breathed out I was wheezing and coughing horribly. By the third rep it has lessened significantly, and then by the 4/5 I finally have my breath back! Wow, I am seriously and simply amazed. I will be doing this everyday.

I got diagnosed with allergy induced asthma last year and this year has been the worse. These last couple of months I've gone from using my inhaler maybe once a week to almost 3 times a day. Looking at some of the comments maybe some of my shortness of breath may be due to anxiety as well(constant fear of having corona). I'm glad I came across your video!

I can relate to how you were suffering from the depression. I was too until I tried this out. I can actually go outside now and today I actually went out to the garage and help my husband put a cupboard in place. I held it in place while my husband screwed it to the wall. I could hardly walk out to the garage a week ago. The Ginger is key in this too I feel. I can feel the relief in my chest after taking it.

This works marvelously. The Ginger and the exercises. I can not believe the difference. Even with puffers I could not get my air up, maybe 250 on a real good day. Once I started these exercises and drinking Ginger Ale, also I used 1 cup hot water and 1tsp ginger spice, I also had a Herbal tea made my Celestial Seasonings called 'Bengal Spice' which also had cinnimon in it the changes were tremendous. Today I blew into that little thingy and before doing my puffers, just the exercises and Ginger Ale, I blew 390 once this morning and again this after noon. My doctor is hoping to see me get to over 400 and back on 4 Feb 202, he did not expect to see me doing this for another few months, if all went well. Now that is a miracle to me and for me. Five days ago I was ready to give up because nothing I did would let me maintain my air. The moment I even got up too fast or walked too fast, I was out of air. I was getting so depressed. It may not be a permanent fix, but it is most certainly a relief, and made me feel even better than I did after just doing the puffers. I actually walked out to my barn today and pet all of my horses. Please give this a try and thank you to Rakel Sosa for doing this video.

I had a panic attack about a month ago and ever since I’ve had to practice deep breathing to calm down and feel better but just yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of cigarette smoke from my upstairs neighbor (apartments). They smoke everyday inside and it goes through the walls and I woke up not being able to catch my breathe. I’m writing this about 22 hours later and I could not sleep because I’ve been feeling my heart beat in bed and it’s going a little too fast for comfort. (Around 90 bpm) it’s been like this for the past hour or so and so I had to get up and search for relief on KZfaq and I came across this video. Definitely helped slow down my heart rate and breathe a little easier. I don’t want to have to rely on my inhaler because I haven’t had asthma since I was about 10 or 11. I’m 21 now and this is so all of a sudden. Is there anything that anyone could recommend out there? I have allergies and it’s currently prime allergy season but I think the secondhand smoke is what’s really been blocking me. Are there any kind of detox drinks or something I can take to help with that? I just feel like I’ve breathed in so much junk that I’m trying to get out thanks to my inconsiderate neighbors. Thank you to anyone reading this and god bless. I hope everyone that is experiencing similar symptoms finds relief from asthma and other things.

If you can find/buy cloves where you live, get like 15 cloves remove the round heads and put the remaining tails in a half glass of water. Live it to soak overnight and first thing in the morning without taking anything else drink the water. Do that for about 2 weeks to a month every morning and it really helps with asthma. I never use inhaler to cure my asthma only do natural remedies and they are really good

Here I am again Ms. Sosa. For asthmatics the exercise with interlaced fingers is genial. The pressure between the fingers acts by acupressure to relax lung airways. If the asthmatic then gets onto pressing his lips together on each inhale, he can then free himself from sprays and regain his pride. That is the way it went with me after decades of the malady.

Hi, Can you please explain me in detail
@richardfriedel6206
@richardfriedel6206 6 жыл бұрын
Hi Anusha. It is just a question of reflexes.. The knee reflex is just one example. Pressing one's lips together relaxes bronchial tubes and cures asthma. Asthmatic mouth breathing with slack lips makes asthma worse. This all stands to reason. Asthma is caused by ignorance of reflexes. What do you think?

So happy I came across this. I'm 21 years of age, and my asthma is ridiculous and I can't control it. I recently had my first child and while pregnant my asthma got pretty bad, and I had to go to the ER one night due to it. After having my baby, my asthma has just gotten beyond uncontrollable to the point I can't deal anymore. I have an inhaler, and the inhaler isn't half way working like it should. So gonna most definitely be trying these exercises, and gonna be going to the doctor tomorrow. Thank you for sharing!

I use cloves to help with asthma. If you can get it where you live just take 15 cloves, remove the round heads/top and remain with the tails. Soak them in a half glass of water overnight. Then drink that water the next morning, first thing before eating anything. I don't use inhaler or medication anymore to cure it, only cloves and when am about to get an attack I chew ginger and practise some breathing exercises.

I'm 30 years of age and last week I found out that I have a slight form of asthma (as a consequence of a terrible cold and pneumonia I had in December) and they gave me an inhaler, but it gave me multiple side-effects + it worsened my breathing, so I stopped using it. Now I have this constant need of coughing (though I rarely end up doing it, it's mostly only the sensation). I can literally hear my breathing and a vibration in my chest and I just hate it. My chest feels heavy, too. I have an appointment to the doctors next week, but until then, I thought..I had to do something. So, here I am. Hope this will help to a certain extent.
