i think it wasn't that stupid... well a bit but having 2 people, one of them with lower % (well the base she asked for) who has a lot more money and knows a lot more about business (steve) and the other who's a woman who wanted 20% but finally gets 15% instead, who well can do stuff... like, it's clothings, mainly for women, and so just by that, it's a good point, and they'd probably never agree on 20% 10 each or something like that by the sound of it, she didn't really need them both either but if that can help her go a lot faster and learn a lot from 2 people rather than 0 or just 1... i think it's ok

She didn't make 1.7. That's turnover. She netted 150k and valued at 4 time price to earnings (600/150). That is a little low (6-10 times PE ratio is ideal for SMEs) but I think it's a fair offer and a lot more refreshing to see than companies on the show overvaluing their businesses that are worth nothing.
