This is so exciting! An actual physical produce country store. Fresh healthy homegrown meat, vegetables and beautiful flowers is so needed. A tour and a chance of chatting with you or Ben over a slice of coffee cake would be wonderful.

We live in Washington state so it’s not likely we’d be able to come by your market but you can bet that I’ll be praying things go exactly as they should and you’ll be up and running soon. You could do a presale and use the cash for more coolers and freezers.If you build the scale high enough add a wholesale level to sell to wedding and event planners.You could also be a destination location for weddings on the farm. If you want true farm to table build in a u pick it section also.

We had to cancel this year's trip due to questions about the reliability of my son's car, and due to the economic situation. My prayers for you as you get everything going. Stay safe! Hey y'all, I lost the first comment somehow. I think I forget to hit the comment button so they get lost. When I saw the hydroponic building there it reminded me that the first time I saw it and your channel was when Jess was there and shared it on her video. That was when I subscribed and have not missed a video since. I am so excited for this new adventure I pray that God will bless all your efforts for as long as you want to follow this path. We have a neighbor with tons of chickens and an apple orchard. they just started a market like yours might or will be. They have arranged for food trucks to come one at a time on weekends. The other big draw is a tractor pulled hay wagon for rides that tour the farm. I am very very excited for y'all. Living in Minnesota I may never make it there but would really love to. That’s awesome Andrea!! There are a few places I want to travel to across the US when we retire and I’ll definitely put your farm on my map as a visiting location! There is another lady who just setup a market stand that is going to be keeping it going year round she used to just have one in a tent in the summer but they got a tiny little building and she’s set up this cute little market stand and I think it’s super cute. I’m trying to recall the name of her channel….it’s called little village homestead if you want to check out what she’s done.

We were so excited to hear this! We put rose bud into Google maps and we’re so excited to see it is only 4 hours away! But then I thought, wait a minute, Houston is 4 hours away, how are we going to get to a whole other state in that same time?? lol turns out we were looking at rose bud, TX 😂 Either way, we’ll try to come visit at some point! We need to find someone to care for the animals while we’re away…

Very Nice (I grew up in far Northern (rural) New York, right on the Canadian Border in Massena). My own Family did a little bit of farming & we usually had a big garden too. I Live in Long Island now, and lately??? I've kinda been missing the smell of the open fields & the changes of (natural) seasons.

That is so exciting!! Hay question for you guys: Do you have a video teaching about how to get started with hay farming? If not would you consider making one? We are buying a house that has a couple pastures that previously did grow hay, but also had animals on them. They look like they really need some help. We know nothing about hay farming. What to fertilize, what to plant, what to do, etc. it is small, the whole property is 5 acres. I have watched her channel for years and love learning from you! Thank you for any help or advice you can give, I really appreciate it. We are in Maury County, TN.

I,m happy for you! I would like to suggest you check out how lettuce grown in soil has much more nutrition than grown in water. My source is Doctor Berg off a huge health channel on youtube. We are not going to be open every day at least for a while and also both our mothers said they could help. Open on days we are working around the farm but can stop and help a customer for a few minutes. Still don’t have every answer but we will figure it out. 😁
