This was very helpful! My feet would almost go completely numb when riding. I later found out that I was lacing my boots way too tight! It was an immediate fix.

Great info, thank you! I'm taking lessons and the saddle they have feels like the stirrups turn my foot towards the horse. I'll check to see if they are even when hanging.
