In this video I will share with you a great way to check if your words serve a way of communicating constructive and positive. When I learned this method a couple of years ago I implemented it within my life and it helped me find joy in my conversations and also to identify the one's that don't. Communication is something important and to keep in mind that every word has the power to shape our reality is essential.
