Terrific start! These are great simple ways to start and end my day in a less painful state. I am one of those anxious poeple... that when we do breathe work, it acutally makes me ANXIOUS!!! LOL! But this time, as I did it, I imagined the exhale gliding along my nerves, as I moved.... That was incredibly helpful! PEACE OUT!

Open books have saved me! I used to have this weird low back pain/tightness but just by opening up and getting that movement in has helped so much! I’m so excited for the rest of this challenge!

I did this yesterday and loved it! I have chronic pain and am using an app (curable) to work on rewiring the neurological pathways connected to my pain and this is the perfect addition to that! Such a great new morning routine

I've worked out my entire adult life (I'm 41) and I've always had intentions of adding breathwork but never really knew how to start. Thanks for the information! I know how critical breath is.
