Doctor can only eat twice before hes getting full. During a normal mission. When Kalt'sit summoning a M0nster, that's actually doctor. Exactly why you see the leak counter is just one when it happens. Shes out, but you can't see her as she operate at different theater of operation. Well, it would be too graphics even for 8xRTX3090 to render so you never see Kalt'sit in action.
