She may have watched the cartoon Hercules. Not to take away, because kids see things beyond what we can see and she could have really meant that. We have a spiritual umbilical cord tethered to our bodies. It keeps our spirits grounded to this plane of reality when it's in sync with our spiritual bodies. At night, you can travel via "astral projection, where you can purposely control your body in/out of a dream state. You can explore the different planes of reality, and that umbilical cord will stay tethered to your body. When we die, this cord gets cut/disappears. However, I believe the color of this cord is silver.

I’m not even listening to the podcast but I came to leave my comment for the public. The spiritual war is real 💯. We need everyone to listen with their body’s, your guides have been helping you. You just have to seek. Change your mindsets & place your faith in something bigger that yourself. Give yourself purpose, leave the matrix. It is busting wide open. Be kind to others, we are unified against our oppressors. I am fight for you. The more shadow work you do the more your super powers increase. Never limit yourself, your thoughts are a reflection of your reality. Journal, Meditate, exercise, dance, heal, do affirmations, remember your dreams, watch out for sprit animals, go into nature, explore your gifts 🍀.

Definitely passed on. My grandmother suppressed it. My mother did not handle it well at all. Probably due to her mother and father. My mother would rage that I needed to be exorcised when I was little. Traumatising. I broke out of the cycle of denial (fear of persecution?) but it was not easy. It took a great deal of trauma, and the healing that comes after that offered up the clarity I needed. That my sense of knowing is okay. That I’m not evil.

Agreed - but most people are unaware of this 3rd dimension of reality as a game of duality - some have an inner knowing and others need more time to reach this level of awareness - that in itself is the game of duality - just depends on person’s level of consciousness- I love podcasts like this to help those who are still asleep✨We are all at different levels and should have compassion for those that need some level of logical (science) to help them awaken what’s within.

I relate entirely! I have always felt a persons thoughts that seemed different than what they were saying often times, and some could sense my knowing I guess. I was so young I dismissed my intuition feeling awkward as though my arms were stuck out handles. I learned to be careful in groups doing what have you to fit into circles never quite until as a brazen teenager became bolder calling out their thoughts by lacing the unspoken word into conversation which only isolated me further! It would be years before I formulated grace enough to keep those things to self. Long story later I returned to live in my hometown I kept seeing people on face book with last names I didn’t recognize, one in particular Always Right there so I asked Is this so and so from 5th grade? The first thing she asked was “Are you still psychic”? We used words like that then … it was the most healing and whirlwind of memory that flooded in and just kept on! That feeling like my arms were sticks? I realized for the first time in 60 years that when I walked into a room it was the crowd feeling uncomfortable… they unsure just what it is about me but that I saw the real I guess. That single question brought all the memory good bad and otherwise that I had been erasing to survive the moment or the crowd or the next fire to eradicate. I don’t live my life in pencil anymore.

Dean Radin is top drawer. His work is rigorous and his writing is at once, detailed and entertaining. I thoroughly recommend his books. Likewise Rupert Sheldrake's work. I especially love his work with animals. The experiments he conducted were very strict - there was no way the dog could know by "normal" means. I had a dog (just a mutt I rescued) who was incredibly clever and totally psychic. She went over the rainbow bridge a long time ago - but I'll never forget her. Thanks Alex and Dean.

In Egyptian times they had what they called the Ancient Egyptian Physical Culture. It was a series of workouts, stretches/poses, breathwork, body weight and weight training, martial arts and meditation that they performed for three hours in the morning everyday. They taught that if you did this from a young age you would stop aging at age forty. Super strength was developed through a specific diet and training for years and years. These people were super humans. They also trained themselves in the dream state, lucid dreams.

Dr. Ramses Seleem who passed a few years back was a practioner/teacher of these things to a few people at a time. He apparently chose to leave this planet through physical death but up until that point had perfect control over his whole system. A student of his does teach some of these things in conjuction with others for natural healing and building of the energy system. His name is Tyler Tolman. It's time to stop hiding these things. If you hide something and dwell on the fear of that thing being misused, then that's exactly what's going to happen.. if you share it and have faith it will be used correctly for the greater good then, it will. The Egyptians were smart enough to know about quantum physics and immortality from the upanishads, yet they still chose to dwell in a fear consciousness. I have and I'm letting go of those emotions currently... Maybe it was because in my past I dwelt in those, and because I'm releasing them so is my reality. Idk, I guess I can't blame them entirely.

In the beginning there was energy, which one could call the Source. The Source achieved awareness and asked the questions, "What am I and why am I?" From this cam the material reality as the Source fragmented its awareness in which everything has a fragment of this awareness. There is varying levels of awareness based on what the material is and yet awareness is not always able to be percieved.

Bliss is a sensation that you experience after meditation because meditation itself is the release from psychological, social and worldly constructs that not only inform us, but also remind us of our limitations relative to psychological, social and worldly self measurements. To put it simply, we are aware of our personal deficits which are used to direct us onto the pathways that we use for soul evolution. When we meditate, we uncouple from deficit awareness and simply experience the perfection of our conscious selves. Consciously awakening from meditation and engaging with the world again slowly removes our blissful connection to our true selves and reminds us of our deficits. However, this is an illusion. We are still perfect in wholeness yet must realize that deficits are necessary part of our construct in order to move us toward the people who will be a part of our evolution in this life. We're like puzzle pieces. Our deficits fit perfectly into other people's deficits, with whom they are meant to fit with, even though we may have different deficits this makes us interdependent on each other just like interlocking puzzle pieces. Together we all make up the entire puzzle that we are trying to put back together again in this life. So whats the puzzle? To see/know as many different perspectives of others as we can so that we can raise our compassion for others and self to better or best understand each other and make available the highest level of understanding for one another which is at the heart of the highest degree of care and love that we can offer in service of one another. So the puzzle thats been broken apart that we need to reconstruct is "Unconditional Love" via understanding all perspectives to the degree that there are no conditions in which we are not capable of understanding what motivated everyone's behavior which might prevent us from loving the other person. So where does this puzzle start? It starts with the individual understanding and accepting all aspects of self, both with deficits and gifts and to know that you are whole regardless of gifts and deficits and that our deficits and gifts are part of the tool box that helps with soul evolution aka developing/acquiring more perspectives to better love and accept self and others. Thats the puzzle in a nutshell. Meditation is a momentary sense of an element of the puzzle in its reconstructed form (higher self with no deficits) but its fleeting for all of us because theres always more work that we have to do, evolutionarily speaking.

@@singularity528hz I don't get them regularly, no, but they still happen from time to time. I went on to basically become a monk for a a few years and during that time it started happening that the visions would appear during the day and not just dreams. I'd say the experience of intuition has evolved over time and now is there more frequently and is more natural. Like that initial period was a kind of a training ground to get me to see and understand that this 3D "reality" is anything but real lol. If that makes sense?

The bliss happens because you are tapping into source energy when you meditate. You are tapping into divine energy. It is our natural state - bliss. That’s how you can gauge how far removed you are from your natural state of being and what conditioning you need to remove. But to tap back into that original energy through meditation allows you to bring back some of that energy and integrate it into your life. That was one of the things I learned because of my NDE.

My spiritual awakening was 2007-2009. I gained a wise-level of insight. I also get many psychic occurences that others would call 'coincidences', which doesnt exist. However, these "psychic occurences" are more in the moment. For example, youll have a thought, and someone will say the same exact thing you were thinking just moments before. Or you'll have a thought, then later on, you'll see what you were thinking on TV, radio, or news as you're going through your phone. Another example, you'll start seeing a pattern of certain numbers, whether it's the time or a license plate. An angel number is seeing a certain number as a regular occurrence, sometimes in the form of 111, 222, 333, and so on. I'll look at the clock, and it'll be 11:33 pm or 3:33 pm. I've had it one time where the time was 11:11PM and my phone was at 11% or 33% at the same exact time I randomly looked at my phone. It means something. You can look it up on a Google if you wish. Meditation opened me up to these spiritual gifts. Prayer and belief in a higher power (God/Jesus Christ) solidified those gifts, shaped my boundaries, and gave me invaluable protection. Remember, if you open yourself up spiritually, you're potentially opening yourself up to negative spirits as well. Be careful, you need protection too. Prayer is another form of meditation. They say, meditation is listening to God, and prayer is praising Him (and/or speaking to Him).

Four minutes that changed the world: Dean Radin: 9:08-13:12 What philosophy is very good at - which many scientists don’t pay attention to - is, What are the underlying assumptions that we use when we study a topic? So in science the underlying assumption is called the doctrine of materialism. The assumption is that everything, all of reality, including our own conscious awareness and everything else, is ultimately made out of matter and energy. Like, that’s all there is. From that perspective we live in a nihilistic universe - another philosophical term - which means that we don’t see in the physical world any things like meaning, or purpose. 9:54 We think more like physics. We’re measuring stuff, and there doesn’t seem to be any meaning in a rock, or meaning in an electron or anything like that. So the nihilism notion is that there’s no meaning or purpose in the physical world, including in you. You may think you have some meaning and purpose, but ultimately you die, that’s the end of the game. Well, that’s based on a set of assumptions. And the assumptions have been extremely effective in terms of what science has been able to learn about the nature of reality. But more and more scientists and academics are coming to view, though, is that there’s something very peculiar about our sense of awareness. Our internal sense of having an experience. This is all about consciousness, and where does it come from and what can it do, and all of that. 10:47 When you look at that in detail, you see more and more trends going in this direction. The academic world is coming around to the idea that there’s something different about consciousness. And then when you turn to philosophers and say, What do you think about this, it turns out that there’s a very long history about this going back to Plato and even before, where the notion of all the esoteric traditions are that consciousness came first, then the physical world. This is called idealism. 11:20 It’s a philosophical stance about assumptions - What happened first? Did our awareness come first or did matter come first? Idealism says that consciousness comes first. From that set of assumptions it turns out that things psychic, things mystical, things magical - all of that is very easy to understand. 11:42 That was the underlying assumption in the magical traditions, among other things. It also turns out that almost all the founders of quantum mechanics - physicists - were idealists. You can see their writings that almost all of them basically wrote, that consciousness is fundamental. It comes before anything else. 12:04 It’s not hard to think about why this comes about, because when you think about what it is that you know, the only thing that you know and the only thing you will ever know is what comes through your awareness. 12:20 By definition, if you’re not aware of it it’s not part of you. That extends even to our inferences about the nature of reality. So I make a measurement of something, well how do I know what it is? Well it has to become aware. I need to be aware of the measurement. So is the measurement independent of me? Is it part of me? Do I create it? These are the kind of questions that are at the leading edge right now in science. 12:44 And you don’t need to search too far in google to find experiments that are testing whether or not our reality is either literally created out of our consciousness, or is modulated in some way through consciousness. So what used to be very very spooky stuff is in the past thirty years or so becoming a respectable topic even in the academic world, which tends to be very conservative about these sorts of things. 13:12

Dr. Radim, I have memory of coming here. I have never fit it here, but I try to hide the best I can, but ultimately people know something is very different about me. That having been said, I have had people literally run away from me because of some supernatural event that they couldn't handle, When my grandson was born my son and I stood at the nursery window and I recognized him from a previous life, he was his father's brother in that time, and I told my son that. When my grandson started talking he insisted I was his mom and not his mother. At 3 yrs old he was walking in front of me and called me "Mom,"I immediately corrected him and said "Nana." He turned to me put his little finger in the air and said "You're Mom and Nana!" There is more to tell here, but I am sure you get it! I am also told repeatedly by the voice know as Gideon to my family, that we are missing so much information because we need to examine the sperm and egg for something revealing, and not just accept them as what they appear to be! You talked about generational abilities...well no sperm and egg, no DNA. I believe that within the "junk" DNA is also knowledge we need to access. What The Bleep, I have the Quantum Edition!!! Been seeking answered for a my whole life and that was mostly affirmations of what I came here knowing! Thanks for all your work! PS I think I am anomaly all by myself 😊

Dean touched on this aspect briefly. It's the idea of emerging abilities. I sometimes toy with the idea of our ancestors, many thousands of years ago, and how our ability to enjoy and create music developed. I imagine ancient people noticing the rhythm of their heart beating, their foot steps, the waves breaking on the shore, and the melody of the wind in the pines or the rippling of water in a brook. Since the beginning, it's always been true, not everyone has the same ability to enjoy or create music. But even if you're not an accomplished pianist or a symphony conductor, almost everyone can recognize and appreciate music on some level. It seems to me that everything we can say about musical abilities can be said about our extra sensory abilities. As society develops a greater and more refined understanding of our extra sensory abilities, and these abilities become more acceptable, individuals will refine and strengthen their extra sensory abilities. The abilities exist in everyone. It's just that we're not consistently good at using them.

This interview was awesome! Also there is an ancient wisdom around using sacred geometric measurements applied to food that the Essenes, the Egyptians, Native Americans, the Maya and more used for purposes of activating the bodies full potential. These meals were known as sacredly measures meals. This is mentioned in the Book of Daniel chapter one. It is called Pulse. This food made Daniel and his four friends/brothers 10 times smarter and brighter in their complexion as well as three times stronger than the average man.

@@chrissyt_artist1960 No. Scholars have had a very difficult time figuring this out. Over time they settled on the idea that Pulse may be vegetables and maybe legumes with water. It's actually a combination of nuts, seeds and dried fruit all mashed together. Nuts target the brain. This food fed the body and brain a perfect sacred ratio of nutritional qualities. When one eats just this food over time and distance, all sickness leaves, memory is enhanced and the skin begins to glow.
