I have this very badly and have been given many steroid creams but they have made my buttocks and genitals worse. I have thrown all sorts upon it like castor oil, aloe vera Vaseline and emollient creams. I am hoping to be expedited to Dermatology but my bottom and lower back are resemblant of a flapjack. I am in so much pain and it is so painful to wash - even with a soft sponge and Apro Derm cream. I have it on my inner elbows and knees too. Then it started below my breasts and on my abdomen plus my scalp. Sotyktu is what we are looking at that destroys or aids the TY2 cell from producing too much skin production. I have psoriasis on my anus and I can’t get rid of it and it’s so depressing. It’s so itch my and sore and gets worse at nite . People actually say I smell as well as there is a sticking smelly discharge to. Any ideas how to treat it as I just use steroid cream
