You know I don't understand why people bring up the fact that Sony owns Spider-Man or Universal owns Hulk when Paramount/Hasbro gutted Marvel the most with some of the coolest/obscure characters. For example; Bug was going to be part of the Guardians in the first film, but they couldn't use him. Or R.O.M. the Space Knight was going to get his own film but Hasbro. In fact, I'm surprised Hasbro isn't taking advantage of the fact that they own Marvel characters. There's a R.O.M. movie coming out but still. A Micronauts film like Guardians would be awesome.
