It wasn't. The SJA episode with 10 is the final thing Tennant shot as the Doctor (Until Day of the Doctor obvious).

@@ProGoinggo202 but it’s not as this was filmed to coincide with the end of time. It was filmed in May 2009, before the filming of the wedding of Sarah Jane smith. Tennants final line he filmed as the Doctor was ‘You two, with me, spit spot!" From the wedding of Sarah Jane smith. The next time he played the Doc was in the 50th anniversary. And then all the audios he’s done since then

Well the 12th doctor didn't believe that santa is real. Something between 11th and 12th happened that made the doctor disappointed realising that he isn't real

Love this ident, really imaginative and you can't beat David Tennant's charisma as the Doctor - he will always be my favourite Doctor.

It's more scary that it's coming up to 10 years ago since he finished as the Doctor. This was a fantastic ident, much better than the ones we have had this year, I am sure I will forget about them quickly unlike this.

Now look at doctor who it's a mere foot note of the BBC now. You don't get this type of creative magical Christmas sense anymore and we're not even getting a Christmas special doctor who has gone down the drain and it'll be a while before it comes back up

It might get cancelled under the current Doctor, as Terrace Dicks said when it was revealed that the original series was potentially ending in 1970. He said " Five years is a good life span for a TV 📺 program and a such new Who will be 15 years old next year (2020) and therefore has reached this point three times. If this becomes the case, then most will likely look back on this as being the high point of the new 'Who era.
