great video mate, a cliffhanger that was snubbed imo was the series 10 finale as if we didnt find out the master’s return and the mondasian cybermen

I was one of the few blessed enough to not have simm or the cybermen return spoiled so for me it'll always be one of my favourite cliffhangers.

Go for it! Honestly it's a lot of fun looking back on all of the cliff hangers and seeing how they all differ and rank.
