நன்றாக ஊற வைத்து அவித்து சாப்பிடவும். அதில் உள்ள Phytic Acid போக ஊற வைத்து சாப்பிட வேண்டும். டாக்டர் அருண்குமார் கூறியது தான். நான் Weight Loss KKu இவரிடம் தான் ஆலோசனை பெற்று வருகிறேன். சிறந்த மருத்துவர்.

U can't easily consume 160 gram protein daily One whole egg 7g protein 100g chicken 30g protein Soy 100g 50g protein Milk 100g 4g protein taking protein by natural foods are possible but for many people thats not convinent and budget friendly, one scoop of whey is 34 rs its equal to 25g of protein its lot more affordable than chicken. Soy is cheap but you can't consume more than 100g daily, whey protein is for less time consuming than preparing a meal. So its a convinent factor for many people thats it.

Whey protein also costly than you mentioned. Average price per scoop is 75 rupees for 24g protein.

1 kg மாதிரி வாங்கினா தான் costly. Bulk கா 5 kgs, 10kgs என்று வாங்கினா cheap thaan. Daily yeppadi chicken and egg சாப்பிட முடியும். அதை சமைக்க எண்ணெய், தக்காளி வெங்காயம் இது எல்லாம் தேவை. கணக்கு பண்ணி பாத்தா அவன் சாப்பாட்டுக்கே பாதி பணத்தை அழிக்கணும்

இப்பொ முட்டை பத்தி சொன்னா, அது white and yellow ரெண்டும் சேத்து சாப்பிட்டா தான், 1 egg ku 4 grams protein கிடைக்கும். 1 egg மட்டுமே Rs. 7 , அப்போ ஒருத்தரோட weight 80 kgs என்றால் அவர் 1 கிராம் per kg சாப்பிட வேண்டும் என்றால், 80grams முட்டை சாப்பிடனும். அப்போ அவர் ஒரு நாளைக்கு வெறும் egg source la இருந்து கிடைக்க கூடிய protien அவருக்கு வேணும் என்றால், 20 eggs சாப்பிடனும். அப்போ 20*7 என்றால் per day க்கு Rs. 140 செலவு பண்ணனும். இது சாத்தியமா சொல்லுங்க.

Hi doctor, I watched the neeya naana episode in which you participated recently. One of the participants mentioned about the usage of seeds (flax/chia/pumpkin/sunflower etc.,). Unless people completely cut out grains and eat just vegetables, legumes, and meat, and also eat over their caloric requirement, they're not gonna meet their daily protein needs. I'm all for organic wholefoods but it's clear that all foods that contain protein are high in calories. In today's sedentary modern lifestyle, and people with high bodyfat percentage, eating a lot to meet nutrient needs while reducing calories to let your body use up stored fuel is a juxtaposition. If one is a vegetarian their situation is even worse because unless you eat the right mix of plant foods you're not gonna get all the essential amino acids and eating like that is a huge hassle. Thus, good quality protein powders with PDCAAS 1 with 9 Essential Amino acids are definitely essential.

வெறும் chicken மட்டும் போதாது, then carbohydrates நிறைந்த rice, இட்லி தோசை இப்படி தான் சாப்பிட முடியும். Chicken ஒரு side dish மட்டும் தான்.

Hi Doctor, I am a big fan of you. I agree to the most of the part, but you missed the main reason. These protein powders are called as supplements. Say if you are 75kg, to do fat loss / weight loss you need 150gms of protein per day. Its very difficult to consume 150gms of protein from normal food. Thats why people consume 25gms from the protein powder. Also this helps you to consume protein from different sources like chicken, egg, fish, and whey all different sources. Say i eat 200gms of chicken breast will only give 50gms protein and if i eat 5 eggs i get around 20gms protien. so even if u try hard u cannot consume the 150gms from the normal food. 100gms chicken breast boneless is 75rs per month it will cost 2250. If u buy high quality ON gold standard whey 2.5kg for 6500 which give 25gms of protein per 30gm serve. Which will come for 3 months. So the price of buying chicken and whey is same. Its always good to consume protein from different sources.

Dr the reason I started taking protein powered is because to achieve the required protein levels I need more than 2000+ calorie per day.. Unless I eat 750-1000 grams of chicken or something, I can't achieve it. Where as a protein powder gives me 25% of required amount within 15% of the calories... This is the only benefit.. Cost wise it will be more or less the same with buying individual products and cooking it..

திரும்பவும் paleo, keto என்று சொல்லி மக்களை குழப்ப வேண்டாம், இப்போ vitamin B6, B12 non-veg la தான் கிடைக்கும் என்று சொல்றாங்க, ஆன எப்படி இந்த veg மட்டும் சாப்பிடும் people ku எந்த source வழியா இந்த ரெண்டு வைட்டமின் களும் கிடைக்குது என்று தெரியவில்லை

Only animal protein contains all the 9 essential amino acids. In protein powders as far my research and own experiences Pea protein is the best which will absorbed by our body very slowly. And it is a best replacement for whey protein and people who are lactose intolerant. I request doctor to post a video on quality of protein powders (includingly pea protein) and it's muscle building capacity. Thanks doctor!

@@kumaresh5962 I dont eat whey and casein as I had severe acne. I avoided dairy products and whey and casein. After avoiding it. My acne is under control. Onemore thng. While taking whey or casein i had bloating problem. It may differ from person to person. But i had a slow digestion before

Much awaited topic. Thanks for your insights dr. I have a query/clarification. I am 40 yr old, weighing 75kg. I am going to gym and following high protein, low carb, healthy fat diet. I consume eggs in morning, chicken or fish for afternoon and take 1 scoop of whey protein isolate in night. Taking whey protein only to bridge the gap to meet 130g of protein per day. It will be very difficult to meet 160g of protein in regular foods without protein shake. Your take on this please.
