What is the craziest foreign body you have removed from a body? A few months ago my wife accidentualy swallowed 6 open safety pins because she took the wrong glass for her pills. We rushed to the hospital and they removed 3 of them but the last 3 came out naturaly over a few days. She is fine and healthy but that was the worst day ever.

В библиотеке,где работала моя мама, была уборщица. Так как то одно время она постоянно ела морковь и от этого сделалась оранжевого цвета .Самое смешное,эта уборщица спросила доктора можно ли ей и дальше есть морковь, когда он сказал что нет ни какой опасности для здоровья, кроме того что она такая оранжевая😉

Doc, I'd gladly accept advice regarding studying medicine. My question is: what contents of anatomy did you "tactically skip" knowing you could easily bring it to your mind when needed (as of now this advice is mostly needed for bones, joints and ligaments of arm). If something else also comes to your mind, I will accept it too.

I have the second rarest, B- I found that out when I broke my ankle both ways (both sides) a few years back, and found out my blood type, in case I needed a transfusion. I want to donate my blood, but I live in a small town and even some of the bigger cities nearby still don't accept blood donations, shame. This is in Canada if it makes a difference.

YEEESSSS! I knew that RH is related tobprotein, thanks for the confirmation. That filled me with joy because it was a topic I talked about and I tried to explain it to my friend and I said it was a protein. 😊I nailed it🎉 Btw, my sister has A+ blood type while the rest are either B or AB (my mother and father are B- and AB+ respectively for context). Which means that me and my little brother are either B+ or AB+ since those are the dominant, and the HR+ is the more positive as well. I learnt this ONCE in Biology class so it's fascinating to me how I remember it, usually I forgot nearly everything in a span of 3-4 days

I've got some suggestions for reactions to questionable medical scenes from action films I've seen over the years. Story of Ricky (1991) Ricky has some tendons severed in his forearm and ties them back together with his teeth and is fine. Rambo III (1988) Rambo stuffs his wound with gunpowder then blows it up. Walking Tall (2004) The Rock resets his knee. Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) Milla Jovovich resets her finger. Fearless (2006) Jet Li punches a guy so hard he gets a bump in his back. American Samurai (1992) David Bradley pops a bullet out of his gut like a zit. Showdown in Little Tokyo (1991) Dolph Ludgren is shot in the chest but he's fine because it "went right through". Pitch Black (2000) Vin Diesel escapes being cuffed to a pole by bringing both arms forwards over his head. Who Am I? (1998) Jackie Chan makes an IV out of a tyre puncture repair kit and a coconut. Evil Dead (2013) This guy resuscitates his sister with syringes and a truck battery. The Dark Knight Rises (2012) Batman get some vertebrae knocked out and then back in again. Hey Doctor I have a serious question to ask. So I have been an diabetic for 10 years and what’s worrying me is that my boths feets are always so cold and even if I put socks on they are still cold and when I put them on a warm water let’s say, then they go Numb. Not a Dr, but I've had this problem for over 20 yrs. I take a strong Rx prescription for it. OTC painkillers such as aspirin, Aleve, Motrin, etc just didn't work after a while.
