Mam I am asking a one question. In this case any person buy a home through Loan and period of time is 30 year. After 12th year this house of loan taking person. Person say I am paying loan for this case house is loan paying person or not

but how and from where i can get the ownership document ? how to apply for it ? In my case we have possession of on private property since 1970 in Maharastra, but I don't have ownership document except tax receipt from gram panchayat, electric bill and Gaav Namuna no. 8. Recently I rebuilt house with the permission on my name from Gram Panchayat. Real owner is died 30 years back. Hairs are not doing anything and sleeping on their rights since 30 years. If real owner 5 years old and he comes to knows about his property in possession of someone else's hand at the age of 25 years of age then 12 years will be counted from his 25th years of age till 37th year. Within such age he has to apply to court to save his property from adverse possession.

Pls advice me, court given judgement in our favour (real owner) in the year 1987 then possession not taken due to family internal conflicts and all seniors family member expired. This year I came to the know the property and I got the only Xerox copies of judgement. Now what I have to do for getting my ancestor property.
