I'm a 55 year old woman who has been in a relationship for 28 years with a narcissistic type of man. Can't diagnose him. Have no professional credentials. I know what my role in this is now thanks to you- tube coaches not any therapist I ever went to. l now know what my role as Co-dependent has led to and how my participation has led to me giving up control of my life and my health. Now that I understand what is happening and what to do about it, I know I will heal. Am on a long and dark road right now but I know where I'm going and I can see the light.
