one thing im always envious about with the 5.9 cummins is the noise, exhaust is loud but engine is moderate, the 7.3 has a louder exhaust and a louder engine. cant have a conversation in the 7.3 at any speed but you can floor a cummins and talk regularly.

My 12 valve with a 5 inch exhaust and 6 inch tip is too loud shakes the windows of the cars I sit next too and you cant really talk in it

Not true one bit 😂. Ride in an auto 24 valve with a 5inch straight pipe. It’s about impossible to have a conversation let alone not have a headache by the time U get out

@@Kyle_Godfrey111 You're totally right man. Just picked up an 07 24v fucker is loud as hell. Right around 2200 to 2400 rpm and you can hear nothing but exhaust. 8 inch exhaust tip really changes the tone on the noise. The drone is unbelievable at 55 mph.
