Mine still has a little play in it when I grab it and tug on it on the driver side, is it normal? Bought it brand new. The driver side has no play at all but I also as told that the driver side was short let. Advice?

the right side has that extension at the end. can the extension be removed so only the axel is changed and the extension stays the old one?

Dullah Goso hard Does the Chrysler 200 and Dodge Dart have same axle? I called around no auto part stores show anything for axle for the Chrysler dealer has it for 400 though.

Try checking online and am not sure if the dart and the 200 uses the same part try matching the parts number and see if they are the same

If I can wait a few days for parts, I usually go to Rockauto. Com. Ordered my cv from there.

What was the problem with the CV? On mine I see a C clip and washer on the transmission end of the shaft and found a ball bearing - I assume my bearing blew apart.

Where does it stuck? in the transmission or the hub?

I had that problem last year with my passenger side. I couldn’t move it at all for like an hour or so and then just drive to Ny to my in laws mechanic and they had a hard time getting it out also. Took a lot of beating with a mallet from what I heard in the lobby. I have to do my driver side now being the boot just ripped and it’s the original also. Smh.
