Go suspension maxx on the sway bar end links. They make a direct bolt in for the lift. My 05 with a 2.5 in leveling kit was eating the factory style about every 20000 miles. Picked up a set of suspension maxx for a leveled truck and no more issues.

great job guys!!!!!!! You may want to change the brake lines to on top of the control arms looks a bit tight for any suspension drop!! great paint job BTW

I think 35s and a six inch lift should be a factory option, it make the long bed trucks look more proportional in my opinion.

@@keltonderkach9601 I did say "option" as in optional, as in get it if you want it. I'd rather have a factory installed lift that was designed by the manufacture than worry about it getting installed the correct way by someone else.

mark your truck looks bran new!! love the frame restore. i also did por-15 on my frame. i wish it looked as good as yours. keep up the great work you guys.

Iain Little thanks appreciate it!!!👍the key thing with the por-15 is to top coat it and u don't need to use anything special just a basic chassis black over it I prefer to use a low gloss it just gives everything a smoother look it hides the imperfections in the frame a lot better with the low gloss

thanks for the advice. i wish you lived closer to me being a professional body guy. i got quotes to fix my box surface rust and a few small dents in the truck $8000-$12000 CAD. i wanted the painter to color match all the mirrors, bumpers, door handles, and they all said it can't be done, and won't properly bond to the chrome. like i said, i wish you lived close lol. btw great looking trucks marc, i love how clean you make everything no half assing anything.

The leaf springs on my truck did the same thing the lower control arm bushing did so I had to cut the springs

That's it...lol... picking up a 5-6 inch lift this week for the tow rig and getting a set of the new wheels to get this wide look .I have 35s but on stock wheels with no lift it looks way better than the stock 31s but the wide track look is the look. Would you say the 35 is as big as you would go on this lift or will a 37 fit ? ... I'm probably putting on a move bumper but I'm undecided as the stock bumper/cover almost always look better than aftermarket but the aftermarket bumper should yield more room for tire. And some Yukon 4.56 full install kits for the 9.25/11.5 . Oh how's the ride over bumps without control arm angle correction since you didn't go long arm and didn't usr drop brackets... does it ride well or would you recommend adding drop brackets to get a more flat control arm I still tow my Jeep and I don't tow slow .

Joshua Fifita yes I definitely am along with other upgraded steering parts along with different shocks as well I basically wanted to just install the basic kit to see how much I liked it before I invested a ton of money in more upgrades but I am really liking it so I am going to do more upgrades sir

Marc Ricco if you decide to do the oem upgrade. It still wears out with 37s. I went back to original with the shaft stabilizer between the frame. With the 08 tie rods.

Awesome videos I love what you do! Looks great. One thing to bare in mind is that the control arm bushings should be torqued at ride height if they weren’t already. Keep up the great videos!!

Clinton Lantz "fatbob's" garage has them on sale for whatever lift height as far as i know. i got Long control arms for my 6 inch lift for a good price from there. They were for my 2010. It was a BDS upgrade kit, so i had to drill my frame but I'm very happy with how they ride compared to short arms.
