it can't be representative because with this type of fall, the car can take random hits that maybe the other car won't take, you can't have an exact impact on every launch you do. even if you try with the same car, 3 or 4 times, you bring 4 3008, you line them and you launch them 4 times, the end result will be different level of damage on the cars.

No entiendo este tipo de tonterías. Una prueba sin fundamento científico ni técnico, en la que solo se valora si las puertas abren y la deformación mediante una valoración subjetiva. No se determinan fuerzas G ni se tiene en cuenta el funcionamiento de los sistemas de seguridad. En resumen, una forma de tirar a la basura 2 coches, de dejar toda la zona llena de escombros y un intento (fallido) de conseguir seguidores a base de ruido barato.

This is a very good test, it cheks how easy can the passengers be evacuated after a rollover. The rollover path is also depending on the shape of the car and deformation so your survival depends on the car you buy if you are rolling in a valley.

Es un disparate de prueba porque no está instrumentada y lo más importante, no es repetible, es decir, vuelves a lanzar el mismo coche y de la misma manera y no va a caer igual. Pero bueno, apartando todo eso, este video sirve para ver lo fuertes que son los coches modernos.

It is not a test standard because the car that is involved in an accident is, firstly, speeding, secondly there are people in it and they have an influence on its weight, and thirdly the location of the accident varies from one site to another. I hope for transparency and taking an official, approved standard.

This could vary with multiple drops like that and where and how they hit. Both held up fine considering. Seems the VW was rolled more quickly in the side by side.

I would rather be in vw in that situation then the Peugeot. You could see the car absorbed the impact so the occupants won't, ince the reason why you can open the doors for the Peugeot and not the VW.

If there are no passengers in the vehicle with their seat belts fastened, the Air Bag system will not operate, as an Air Bag is activated and the passenger without a seat belt is fastened it can hurt more than protect.

you can not compare the 3008 with the Tiguan which is a ugly car from the past. I owned a 1.6 puretech turbo with 180 cp and it could ride without no problem with 230 km/h. respect!
