- Kalguksu noodles 300g (2 bundles) or somen
- 300g marbled beef
- 2 Potato Stuffing
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green onion
- 1500ml water + 4 coin broth
- 2 tablespoons of soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 0.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
(Use a measuring spoon) 1 tablespoon: 15ml, 1 teaspoon: 5ml
