I love these two doctors! So smart, so scientifically presented. They read the studies and they have a practice. You can’t beat that.

you can to reverse advanced altimeters. ive seen it done where someone switched to a all raw foods diet with no salt oil or sugar and no fake sugars. they also started fasting once a month for 7 days and after a few years they were as good as new. and guess what? it was all free!

But Dr. Cambell did not say all meat is equal overall, he was specifically speaking of animal proteins from different animals.

It’s so crazy that Dr. Dale Bredesen is training docs right now by the hundreds to talk about KETO FOR BRAIN HEALTH!!! And he has major universities backing him with labs that carry his name - UCLA, UCSF etc!!! What the heck is even happening n our country!
@jessicabender13012 жыл бұрын
Ketosis doesn’t have to mean keto diet. Rather, it can be done with time restricted feeding or fasting. His book details that. His protocol discusses this. There is benefit of ketosis, but this can be added benefit with a whole food plant based diet by using fasting/time restricts feeding
@FiberFairy222 жыл бұрын
@@jessicabender1301 agreed! Unfortunately, the only memory care I’ve found that follows the Bredesen protocol is very animal meat and bacon-heavy which is sad to me. Perhaps improper interpretation!?! Thanks for your reply!

A sardinian drank red wine almost every day and he lived to 101.
@Sabrina-qf5xf2 жыл бұрын
Definitely! The Sherzai team is familiar with the blue zones and Dan Buettner's work. The wine that that blue zone (Sardinia) drinks is cannonau wine, which is higher in flavonoid content (antioxidants) and is drunk surrounded by friends and in a low stress environement :) I think the overall advice of not starting drinking if you don't already and considering limiting your overall consumption is spot on with the way the blue zone folks live.

@@Sabrina-qf5xf Yup, that's the general medical advice. Don't start drinking if you don't drink already. Alcohol is not a superfood.
