Alpecin products are good for using about 3times per week. It strengthens existing hair. I don’t think it will make the feathers at the crown regrow. I’d recommend using other products alongside it. ie: a good quality conditioner.... as well as a derma roll of scalp every once in a while.

Lots of people probably would not want to risk it. But sometimes hair loss can stop. Or slow down just by itself

I wonder if the trials were done during a phase when hair is meant to fall out and then start growing new. Perfect hair health talks about how trials are done to skew results

You should not wash your hair daily with it... it makes your scalp dry. Use some kind of conditioner afterwards if you are still managing to wash everyday. (Twice a day is optimal)

You should use the Alpecin Double Effect shampoo. It's superior to this one and in addition to caffeine also contains piroctone olamine (an ingredient which outperformed ketokonazole in some hair loss studies).

I have been using it for about 2month, I was having hair loss, more the normal, decided to try this and can say it made a big difference, but yeah my hair is really long, product is expensive, but it works👍

I’ve been using Alpecin for almost two months now, both of their shampoo and their leave-in liquid. I did notice some small hairs grow on the forehead “M” line, but I’ve been using other products as well with it so I’m not sure either whether it’s alpecin is working, but I would def recommend to continue use it for at least three months

I started using Alpecin just a few days ago, immediately after the first wash I noticed a lot less hair loss, before my hair would drop a bunch within a few hours now my floor is relatively clear of hair, I don’t think it helps hair ‘regrow’ what it does is help with hair from falling which I guess in a way it does help u get a fuller hair because it helps prevent hair from falling and let new hair regrow while not shedding as much.
