TY for the tip. Any little bit helps. Also like how you relayed that you don't really need to feel it because I also have that. I keep having to touch my touch screen to see if it's even on. I don't think enough sites emphasize the fact that your body has learned to breath the wrong way for ages and it takes a while for it to adapt to the cpap, and a new way of breathing. Wish I had realized it the first night which was a pure mess despite doing so much research. It really is a trial and error process no matter how much you think you know.

So far, I find that 1- I like to have water through the night, -- my mouth does get dry despite adjusting the humidity levels -- and every time I want a sip, I have to re-acclimate to a restart and have a time falling back to sleep. I considered I could remove the tubing and use a straw so I don't have to take off the mask; 2- question: What happens to CO2? Seems like you are just rebreathing it in under the mask. Hence, I am not getting better rest from this. My first night incidence report was 0.6. Last night I had to take a short break from it because I was wide awake anyway, and I have to turn on the light, put on my glasses to read the monitor, adjust the straps again, etc. It's 3 nights now, and frankly I dread it even though once I get comfortable I do ok, but I am still tired from broken sleep.

I've been on the iBreeze for about 7 months. I'm using the same mask you're using in the video. My supplier, Aeroflow, was useless when I asked for help with the machine, I pretty much learned it by trial and error and now I'm down to about 3 to 7 AHI nightly. There are still times when the masks pressure wakes me up and I can't get the machine to go back to an "easier" pressure so I can get back to sleep. Any suggestions on how to do that?
