Does it work as a Pre-amp??? NuX '63 Diamond direct + IR cab sim

It is a pre-amp voiced pedal, but can it actually be a preamp? We heard it into the front end of an amp, but can it do direct tones? Today we take the diamond through it's paces and unlock every tone imaginable, so settle in as we take it through the No Talk All Tone treatment. Excellent Demo. Having a Vox as my amp I can say the pedal does sounds very good. As always you demoed it to perfection.

Really happy I subbed this channel. You introduced me to DI-ing amp pedals which has revolutionised my home practice experience. I have no space in my house for bulky gear, so a decent sized amp is out of the question. DI is the solution for the best sound for the smallest footprint but I'm a crusty old gen-X-er who finds programming software UIs as much fun as smacking my head with a brick. Amp pedals and an IR loader are the "analog" friendly solution I needed. Really looking forward to this pedal hitting the UK. Thanks for the preview!

No problems at all my good man 👍 if you've not already, check out the joyo amp sim pedals, they work amazingly into a cab sim and they are cheap as chips

Sounds very much like a vox. If I didn’t know it wasn’t a real amp and just heard the sound I wouldn’t think twice about it not being a real amp

I would put an eq pedal between diamond and IR, it would be a nice tone stack
