I feel that, because even though Brian and jay have done more publicly for their sports and brought tons of fans and attention. But Ronnie and Zydrunas are the ones who have a more dominant claim to the GOAT title. Brian is the GOAT when you look at how big he is fan wise. But Big Z undoubtedly the GOAT in terms of the sport itself. same for jay and ronnie.

Amazing interview. So good to see both legends at it. Jay is such a nice guy too that makes it decent. Not a twat bodybuilder. Can only imagine the colab between both if both decided to cross overs and do their own sports. Both monsters low digit body fat. Monsters. Also Jay still looking good these years later. Always been a big fan. Good interview Brian.

Brian when the time comes to call it a day in strongman, try arm wrestling. Strength/combat sport that once you put in the time to strengthen the right places and learned the techniques you'd love and excel at.

It was surprising hearing Jay say that height is a big disadvantage for bodybuilders. Then I looked it up and literally every Mr O except Arnold was under 6 feet, and so many of them under 5'10".
