Hello, thank you for these highly informative videos. I wanted to suggest a topic: luteal phase stimulation protocol, where stimulation begins after ovulation, rather than CD1, and one retrieval is completed. This seems to be a new approach that is not yet known widely in the US, with research coming out of Mexico and Taiwan. Thanks for considering.

I think you may have missed the point. Chances are you would have gotten pregnancy even if you were not on the metformin

can you do a video on neupogen and lovenox after 2 failed fresh transfers i’m about to have a retrieval lap and removal of my right tube done all at once then going to do first frozen transfer. does neupogen and lovenox help anything i don’t have any blood clotting disorders ? do they recommend neupogen and lovenox if sperm isn’t compatible with egg/embryo

we were prescribed metformin 3 months due to 2 failed ivf cycles . empty zona . suspected of autoimmune disease in the ovary. hope metformin works in the nxt cycle.

I had 2 miscarriage issues one in 12 weeks another a day after the result. When I had 1st miscarriage I use metphormin medicine. my chromosome analysis blood test unbalanced robertsonian translocation karyotype with this type of issue can I plan normal pregnancy or do I need to go for IVF treatment? I have 5years son he is absolutely fine.

i was prescibed to take metformin, along with aspirin and clexane after the results came that I have a high risks for thrombosis. It was difficult bec as soon as I take it, I will feel nauseous and lightheaded, thus affecting my mood. In this case, do you think my doctor prescribed it mainly because of the thought that it could avoid another miscarriage? thank you

Can I take Clomid or Femara if I have a history of blood clot‘s ? Pulmonary embolism what I had after I had my 5 baby in July 2020 and a month later in August 2020 got blood clots in both lungs 1 on one side and right side 2 I really want twins thank you for taking the time to answer me back

It is possible. Pregnancy will also increase the risk and twin pregnancy will increase it even more. Consult with your OB about how to decrease your risk

I would advise that these medications **ONLY** be used under the supervision of a physician who is familiar with their use Since these medications are only available by prescription, I would also be worried that anything that was ordered "online" without a prescription may not be real
