I have a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I’ve been stressed for weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with my car called the dealer many times they said they were going to charge me $179 each just to run tests not including the actual maintanace. ibrxhim MMA Because they didn’t give you all the info. But I get it ... it’s not a diagnosis video. Fuses don’t just blow for no reason, a fuse is a circuit protection device. It blows when there is higher than normal amperage for that circuit, basically some type of short. So the thumbs down is for not mentioning that in the video 👍

One thing to remember is that once one brake bulb is blown. It usually means that the other side is about to blow out as well. So always replace all brake light bulbs. Also remember to replace your license plate light bulbs at the same time. Due to they get dark and get ready to blow as well.

Thank you for posting this video. I just came across this video and I'm having alot of the same problems. So I'm gonna check the fuse because I changed the bulbs and I'm still having the same issues.

Head lights (low beams) went out on 2017 Ford Escape. First one, followed by the other the next day. We changed the bulbs, and less then 4 weeks later, same problem. Brand new bulbs, first one went out, followed the next day by the other. Haven't checked the fuse, but if the fuse was bad, the new lights wouldn't have worked at all, correct? They did work for a few weeks, and then went out again. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue in my car, only I check all corresponding fuses and they are all OK and I also put a new bulb. They work when I press the brakes, when I turn on my emergency lights and when I activate my alarm but the nighttime running light on the left rear just won't illuminate. What can it be? 😢

How about when the harness for the bulb is burnt to the point no contact to bulb or if turn signal switch is fried

No power on both sides of fuse but not blown headlights still work ? when tested could it be a fusible link/relay ?could a burned bulb/disconnected cause alternator not to charge battery in 2014 Cadillac ATS AWD 3.6 premium?

Could you have a bad connection, instead of a few or bulb burning out? I changed the bulb to my back light and the light worked then all the sudden didn’t. What do you recommend? Also - good video!

Got a 2015 Ford Explorer and compressor locked. Checked all fuses w/ multimeter and only fuse # 62 (air conditioning clutch) doesnt have power. I put a new fuse in and multimeter doesn’t beep still/ no power. What could be the culprit and what should be my next test from here? Much thanks

Hi, thanks so much for your video. I have a concern! When i mash the breaks, the lights on my rear left side works but the light on my right side (the driver's side) doesnt. I have replaced this bulb at lest three times..it works for just a very little time and then its out again! any help or sugesstion?

What if I have a brake light that's also a turn signal indicator in the same bulb and the brake light part work but not the turn signal? I've replaced the bulb, same result. I checked all the fuses and they are not blown and check out as working correctly with multimeter. Car is 2005 Ford Five Hundred Limited. I've looked for a turn signal relay but can't find one. Some online sources say it's part of SJB and has to be programmed by dealership. Any help?

Yeah my Jeep Commander is having the same problem but on the right side and everything works back brake signal light hazard reverse works but running light is not neither the front or the back I guess I'm going to try but you just did and see what happens I already changed the light bulbs and because one of them looking like it was too dark blown if you will and so let's see what happens thank you very much

Leaving a comment to see if I can get any help Had a dead bulb as the brake light wouldn't turn on so I replaced it. Break light works however when I turn on the tail light it briefly blinks and then turns off. Where do I look next?

On my 2007 RX, the front headlights sometimes don't always come on together. Either just the left, or just the right. But it's never a case of both never coming on together. Any thoughts?

I have an issue on my jetta where one bulb on my tail light and now one bulb on my driver side drl, goes out and I tap on the housing and it turns on. Not both at the same time tho. Would that be an issue with loose wiring somewhere?

If everything fails go down to the bottom of the dash and check the number 10 fuse it should be a 7.5 and just replace it with a 30 amp if your back lights come on and if your top brake light is off ..if your fuse in the hood good. that means the fuse is blown ..on the number 10 inside the car ..or replace the top back tail light ..if it's a Honda anyways sure work on most cars

I have 300ZX window module problem,and front low beam problem. Front headlights keep burning out. My window on the driver side will not work. It will not burn out the window module if it’s rolled up,only rolling it down, it will burn it out. Same with the front headlights turned on they will blow out. Little Help Please…

As a mechanic a bad fuse was the issue but what caused the fuse to go bad, its rare that fuses just out, something actually caused that fuse to blow and that’s the answer we need. Great video
