Very helpful. I find I simply have more energy during the day, and tend to slack off less. I would say its difficult to measure increased confidence but I have noticed that as well on occasion.

Notice how on every nofap videos there’s mostly “day 5” “finally 20 days “ “day9” an the occasional day 90+. Not many ppl saying “2 years free” “9 years free” that’s how hard completely giving it up is. Maybe 1% actually give up fapping. Most ppl just wanna try it and they always fail.
