Better quality picks also do not yield more ore. Probably should have mentioned that.
Don't get scammed pickaxe quality does not matter lol.

Do they make the nodes last longer? ie a greater yield overall per node? that would be the only last thing to test

@@butter1x704 Literally the only benefit might be that they break boxes/crates quicker. That's about it. Kinda decent for a rogue since that is the only possible way they can break them I think.

Thanks for testing/ uploading this! I'm still nowhere near skilled enough to be trying to pull these mining runs off. However, they're a great watch and I'd like to think soon enough I'll be doing some.

Thanks for doing this video man. I'm going to save all my green and above pickaxes because, i have a feeling IronMace is going to change them to mine faster.... I mean it only makes sense why else have different qualities.

Pickaxes could just have a set + resourcefulness and then add +2 per tjer or smth.

I dont know but i feel when i use a grey one node breaks earlier and normally using a blue one i almost can hit nodes 3 times without breaking them

Im pretty sure mining speed is going to be tied to your characters over all speed. Because it applies to how fast you run, open doors, open chests, and swing weapons.

No it’s tied to resourcefulness. Action speed doesn’t effect mining, it’s interaction speed that you need.

@@MGE-Gibsmining speed is actually based on Agility and not resourcefulness, I believe it’s a bug but that’s how it works

@@Sahbab11no, it's tied to both. Resourcefulness & agility both scale Regular Interaction Speed - the substat that governs doors, looting, mining speed, etc... Resource at .6x, Agi at .4x if I'm not mistaken.

It's random. I've gotten 2 ores before. While other times I've gotten 3. All using the same pickaxe you buy from weaponsmith.

I believe it runs off resourcefulness, so slow to open chest is slow to mine

@@goblin_king1293 yeah i know. There are a few things that should be STR based. Mining, breaking open ranger traps, pulling levers. Like there is no part of mining that is technique based more than strength for simply breaking open a vain.

How about rangers traps ? Gray/white/Green/Blue ? Do those make a difference?

Each tier of trap gets set faster dunno if it does more damage overall but I know for a fact that a blue trap gets set super fast compared to the starting ones or even the white quality ones

the downside of being a cleric main, is that it takes EXTREMELY long, to mine ores, around 15 or so seconds, it takes forever. Edit: i did some counting and it was around 18 seconds.

I think the rarity affects how much one ore gives until it's broken.
