I always wear boxers. I dont face any problems in comfort when I just go to office and come back (I use car). But when I am traveling, the boxers are not at all comfortable. It gives me irritation near testicles. Which one should I use?

Sir one year ago I got sudden pain in my left side testicle while playing cricket But I not told anything about it that day Next day I told my father about it ,,then we went to clinic in village ,,they gave some medicines after 2-3 days pain gone Now I saw some vedio of testicular torsion ,varicole, I did self testicular examination but I not found any of swelling and nothing should I go to hospital

I think you should not be worried about it too much.. Getting such kind of injuries while playing cricket is very very normal.

Tbh can't be said i had similar situation a year before where the pain would come rarely on one of the sides of testis that it won't let me move a step back or forth . It gone after 5 -10 minutes if you sit it happened like once every 3-6 months , then after that the pain disappeared but i found out i m having varicocele . Now the pain is mild which is different like in the connecting valves between scrotum and bladder , but it won't go away That easily for minutes or even hours and evey morning its triggered . One thing i have noticed tho , staying away from too much fat and carbohydrates food does help a little , even the fizzy drinks

Go visit a urologist to rule out varicocele. It might cause infertility

Sir, In ultrasound I find my bladder is not able to get empty when going for urine. In night I offen go for urine 4-5 times. Is it normal. Regards

I suggest to all boys if you sleep alone then try not to wear anything. If it is not possible then do not wear any kind of underwear at bed time. Just wear loose pajamas or shorts.
