This new multi-section mobile home is the ninth house I will be showing from the 2023 Biloxi Manufactured Housing Show! Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models and they will all be coming very soon! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Oasis” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,920 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

An inspiring book with lots of ideas for a variety of garden buildings The instructions are detailed and clear with plenty of photos. The book caters to both the beginner and more experienced DIY enthusiast with builds varying in complexity, from straightforward projects such as the one we've completed, to more ambitious builds. Absolutely on trend, with instructions on how to install solar panels, green roofs and sweet chestnut shakes - It's given me lots of ideas for future projects!

Smart idea to put a 2 piece restroom off laundry room! Makes a lot of sense. Higher quality shelving in closets. Not caring for water heater located in master closet. Located in laundry room would be much better. Great home!

Prayers to Dr. Jess, my mom was in the hospital the month of December for pneumonia, she had to go to rehab for a few weeks after to get her strength back, I know he will be fine, Faith and attitude are all you need to get through everything life throws at you. Thanks for the video.

Love Deer Valley Homes. Dry wall, crown molding, attention to details like doorknobs, cabinet pulls, back splashes and light fixtures. Very high end.

Nice floor plan. Love the finishes they selected for this model, especially the shower enclosure in the master bath. I like all the counter space in the kitchen. The rooms and closets are all generous. I even spotted a couple of places where I could tuck a litter box! 😸😽

I like the layout of this one Chance. Of course my changes would be shorten the island a bit-a single big sink-vent over stove bc I cook & I don't want to clean under any microwave after cooking. I would cut cost on ba sinks to one. Seriously why do you need 2 sinks more to clean .😂 I was good till you got to the master bedrm and you had to go thru the bathrm once again to the closet. 😅I would want a door to the closet in the bedrm, redesign it where the shower area & toilet area are xtra closet space. Aren't the designers aware that the humidity from the shower will go directly into the closet, causing mildew and damp clothing? Yuck!! Install only a shower w/a seat at tub area & toilet at the 2nd sink area. It's about using wasted space. Thanks & congrats on the reveal of your new little one. ❤

Skip the black color of the kitchen cabinets, claw foot tub, and do different/less windows behind the tub. Maybe a skylight?

I love the open floor plan. The only thing I don’t like is you can remove all of the carpet. I don’t want any carpet. The bedrooms are all a perfect size especially the master bedroom!! And I love the master bathroom as well!! I love the Bearclaw tub and the shower!! It’s the greatest!! You show these homes with such finesse that is addictive!! You are the only person that I watch you do such of a great job!! 💙

Yes to ceiling vents, wood racks and storage closets. Really like the hall bath having 2 sinks and opens to the utility room. Pantry is nice. Like the kitchen ceiling. All bedrooms are a great size. The utility room could be a little larger to accommodate the water heater. Overall 8/10.

Love the kitchen. The pantry. Storage closets. DBL sink in guest bathroom. Love the ceiling in the kitchen. Barn door on bathroom. It's beautiful and it saves space, versus a swinging door. Love the claw tub.the DBL window with the wood between. Also the wall where the mirrors are. The shower accessories amazing and the details on the shower door. This is really in top ten.

T.Y. Prayers for Tim🙏 & a quick recovery/ rehab. One of my favorite homes.❤ Quality craftsmanship. The kitchen....love. 🤗 Huge. Pantry. 👍All the wood details. 🛁 🛀 Bathtub nook so airy & light w/ those windows. I get claustrophobic in enclosed tubs. Just beautiful. Double sinks in guest bath. Water closet. Great Master shower. Wow 👏

Love the floor minus the xarpet. Carpet is just a dirt catcher! Nice pantry! The cabinets need wood color not black. But it is a beautiful home. You can change what you don't like.

I use to like the dark would in my younger years lol, but I’m liking the barn whites soft tones greys creams to brighten and make it clean and fresh look. I’m not a big fan of black so I would definitely change a few things in colours but the floor plans are great.

❤ the pine tongue & groove! Not a fan of the kitchen showing like bam as soon as you open the door but I know many people do like it. I cook from scratch so my kitchen is rarely up to having company lol. Love claw-foot tubs as well much better than other freestanding tubs. Thank you, Chance, for the tour and your jokes! They definitely light up my day!

My favorite manufacturer! Deer Valley Homes!! And this Oasis is fantastic!! There would be some specialties of course but in general this is a great house!!! The biggest thing with this would be a modular version.

I would buy a deer valley hm in a min if they were up in the NW but sadly they are not. Palm Harbor builds a hurricane tough hm and they were always my "go to" and I can get them in my area. Deer Valley hms are just classy no matter the size. They are now my #1 choice! Great job Chance!❤
