Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the it.

Hey, people complaining about Josh not using the wheels…haven’t you watched enough of his videos to know the routine?! How could he get the mule to the back of that shed??? By the time he pulled it from between the other two the rut was already in the grass so why bother at that point? 🙄 Go do it yourself sometime.

As careful as you normally are to take pictures and document things I sure would have thought it would be a company policy to never do what we watched you do ! I mean its no big deal unless the customer makes a big deal of it. And I would bet they could make a big deal out of it if they chose to. I don't think I would risk the headaches from doing that !

The contract for the shed probably includes waivers for minor wear and tear during delivery and retrieval. I know it has a waiver allowing them to come on to private property to deliver it and repo it later if required.

There will be legalese in the agreement that if it is repossessed that they are not responsible for any property damage. Otherwise someone could put a fence around it or guard it with garden gnomes and you'[d never be able to retrieve it.

I don’t understand why you didn’t use the wheels. It doesn’t matter how you think their home looks, they deserve respect and to not have their yard torn up when you could have easily used the wheels.

I don’t remember which episode it was but there were goats in shed and you enclosed them in yard. They had no water and you never even tried to find them water. Shame upon you!
