Is there anyway to report that man who did nothing to help his dog? Especially since this wasn't the 1st time? Poor Jack suffered way too long. People who can't provide care for their animals even working dogs that help them do a job and provide for their families, do not deserve animals. Sickening. Thank you for taking care of Jack. If he hadn't found his forever home....l would have sold our spare apartment (lts our pension money)....just to wake up and see Jack's beautiful wee face...what a beauty...my Jack (a big welsh collie) lived 18 years..my soulmate..l miss him everyday and he passed away about 7 years ago..still cry when l think of him..but he had a blessed life...playing in all the beaches in Scotland..all his favourite treats..his warm comfy bed at night..and copious cuddles...and he loved dancing...the day the vet came to send him to rainbow bridge was one of the most traumatic days..he was a glorious character...❤❤

Here in Spain dogs are often badly used by the goat and sheep herders. Dogs are bred for the hunting and then dumped when the season closes. The rescue centres are full to bursting. So I donate locally but I do wish you and your teams every possible success in everything you do.

Just finished watching the updates on Jack. So pleased that he has gone to the pink house. He will love it there and has many playmates, I bet he has never been able to play in his life previously. He is so well-behaved, watching and listening all the time, not making a move, As if he’s not really sure what he should be doing. You can tell he has a lot of love to give and I’m sure is also in need of tons of love, thankfully he will get it now❤!💜🐕😺

The look on this dog's face after a hair cut and a bath is indescribable. It was a look of power like he realized he was valuable/worthy. This dog is amazing. Smart, sweet, gentle, obedient, affectionate, friendly, grateful, quiet, well-behaved, etc.

I'm just amazed at how compliant Jack is no matter what is done to him. I would at least expect him to show some fear. He seems too docile to me and his level of energy is always the same. Which makes me suspect he was brutalized into submission to accept anything that was done to him before you rescued him. I know you can't show everything, but it would be nice to see a follow-up on him and see if he blossoms.

I just cried, for this beautiful dog and how callously it had been treated. Such disregard for another living being, just kills me. I have 7 rescued dogs who were neglected, starved, abandoned and more. I have 2 cats that were on ly 2-3 weeks old who were found dying in a trash dumpster. I have chickens that were going to be killed and eaten. Now I have just been given 2 kittens who are 2-1/2 to 3 weeks old. They were found out in the open along side of a road, where unwanted puppies and kittens are often dumped. When these kittens were found a mother dog was seen with her newborn pups, not far from the road. She was looking for her human to come back and get her. There is a place in hell for people who do these this to innocent creatures, and a place in heaven for people like you Victor.

what kind of place is that? you have to "convince" the owner to give him up with a broken leg? no law to back you up or fine him? You couldn't pay me enough to live there. I could not tell but did they alter him while under? or does that place not believe in that either? That would have been the perfect time to do so. Dog food and simparica have went up since the pandemic and I always try to get a little extra something for my baby Ross. He is a black Labrador Retriever who is such a joy to everyone who walks in the house. They all have to go through him first cause he has to have his loving pets and a doggie treat from them every time they come to see him! I always say, " They don't come to see us. Ross is the one they wanna see!" They just laugh and say, "oh yea, we love Ross!" But I always want to adopt one more dog for Ross. He deserves it. My ex I still stay with won't let me. Maybe one day... Jack is such a beautiful dog! Poor thing went through a lot of pain to get back to being a normal dog walking good one his leg now!!
