Where can I order the colors that has the shocking colors built into it

what's up friend 9 months ago I bought my dogtra equipment and it just suddenly stopped working I wanted to know if you had a problem with your device why 3 more friends who bought it also stopped working the remote and that they acquired them less than two months and at 3 the same thing happened to us

I was training my Pointer out in sagebrush and my “bearing to” needle went haywire but the gps and map was still indicating her correct location. Unfortunately I ran about a half mile in the wrong direction (in the direction of the bearing needle) when I realized it was incorrect. I put the puzzle together when I went to the device list and saw that the gps was strong but the rf signal was kaput. I backtracked and found her by just using the map w/her gps location. What would cause the rf signal to go to zero and the bearing needle to indicate dog location in the totally wrong direction?
