You can but it's never good. They chew through transmissions due to sharing the 3.8 V6 transmission

You can! It’s the LS4. It’s a decent motor from what I’ve heard but the transmission wasn’t exactly the best match for it. I’ve seen one or two in some fieros and they were pretty cool

@@whuttontarnation2484 I'm working on doing a Cadillac (4t80) transmission swap and honestly the shaving down of the bellhousing scares me. But once I do that it'll be good for handling 700 ish horsepower (or being a very reliable daily that looks great)

@@whuttontarnation2484 the 65 was the 4t65e then you had the 4t65hd. The he is a genuinely good transmission WHEN paired with the Buick 3.8 SC. But mated to a 300+ hp V8 was not what it was ever intended to do

Completely unrelated, but the watermark on the photos of the trans-am are a setting in the camera app I'm assuming were for display models, but old people don't know how to turn it off and end up keeping the watermark.

"SES" is a Ford package on a Taurus. Fancy going-to-town Berettas were badged like Z26 or Z32 or something. Chevy has used LS/LT/SS forever and still did back then. Unless SES is an RPO code, but I tend to doubt it.

Meanwhile I'm sitting here with 4 6th gen Monte Carlos and not a single dale edition. Typically in my experience the past 2 or 3 years a clean RUST FREE one goes for 8-10k but I think they are genuinely fantastic cars just because of the Buick 3.8 being in them and looking like nothing else on the road then or now
