What he says is correct..recently i dropped from yoga as the teacher didnot put any restrictions on doing during mensuration..she said only no to first 2 days..and she made us do kapalaparthi even when bleeding and also all upside down yoga exercises..this damaged the utres wall and bleeding didnot stop until i visit doctor..this happened to my friend too..people don't learn properly and just teach as if they are experts..they mix yoga and workouts and finally damage the feminine system..now we do only walking as excercise..as he said ladies don't need any strenuous form of excercise except walking which is good over all..

Most of the time I find half information in his videos. It is probably done on purpose but this might actually hurt the cause. Not everyone can personally access the whole information through personal contact.

My question is when baba ram dev was talking about kapalbharathi and gurudev was sitting next to him. Why the complete message is not given that time? Why two videos? I have heard before kaplbharathi - don't. Why Why Why I am just a seeker and connecting the pieces.

As a Sujok therapist i will also not recommend so many asanas for women even when their water & fire element is high in body they should avoid Surya namaskar but now every yoga teacher be like do Surya namaskar 60 times🤪

In Muslims even Namaz is exempted during menstrual cycle so I guess sadhgiru is right. Women need to focus on relaxation in all times.

In women energy flows inward and upward to the higher chakras naturally. They do not need so much yoga asanas as men do to raise and stabilize their energy. Just a few and not for all women at all times. In men energies flow downwards and outwards, that's why yoga asanas were designed for the male body.

This needs to be verified if it's true. Most of the restrictions which sadhguru says has not been provided by any Proofs by him. It looks more like vague claims.

as a yoga teacher i can give you proofs on the level of basic physiology of women: we have very versatile reproductive system. in a lutheal phase we should avoid strong and complex asanas also pranayamas which leads to increasing pressure in stomach , like bhastrika or kapalabhati. beacuse that pressure is not good for uterus which is to be rested and prepared to shed during next phase (menstryal). During menstruation uterus is shedding epiteli and is very vuknurable, and thre are risks to damage it and get a very serious diagnosis like miomas and etc. it is just a small piese of pie, i can describe you all of it. there is plenty medical books which every yoga teacher must learn to know how women should practise. not only yoga, but finnes instruktors as well.

@@moderngoddessyoga can you recommend books .....Sadhguru referred to certain kriyas to be completely avoided asanas if done gradually and in relaxed state are fine but he stressed on kriyas ...not all but I want to know which kriyas to get an idea and please tell about the correlation of yoga asanas and women body you explained very nicely kindly give me a reference from where can I learn about asanas and why not to do as well as kriyas 🙏

People should refer to "Patanjali Yoga Sutras" and understand the details of yogic system, instead of hearing brief excerpts which were taken from the source - It's disheartening to see this brand- building gurus like this gave no credit to other sources from where they stole the content.

This channel always loves to show of stock videos of white people for some odd reason. Everytime when a person appears in a situation related to what Sadhguru is saying they show more white men or women as a representation of the west or sometimes a very light asian person very few black persons or people of color.
