Surya namaskaar can be taught easily for starters...I heard young ppl can benefit a lot in terms of their endocrine and physical development. I myself started some asanas when I was 13, simply out of boredom as I was an only child...everybody warned me and I admit I got very scared and worried when I decided to get pregnant in my thirties 34 and 36. However, I conceived, carried my babies to full-term with no issues..I didn't have any morning sickness, no cravings and no nutrition deficiencies...when I look back, maybe the exercises, together with a diets dominant in vegetarian cuisine helped. Otherwise, my lifestyle was pretty bad...late nights, stressful work, trying to settle in a new country, studying and working... Thanks for a timely reminder sadguru🙏. I will start teaching my daughters 😊

I have friends who are overweight and have high body fat percentage. Yet they're all doing well. Whereas I'm the one who puts in lots of efforts and energy into working out and yoga. But I do have 2 huge cysts. Though these cysts had developed while I was 14-15 only. At that age no individual has this sense of awareness about taking care of the reproductive system if parents don't tell us in prior. Sadly, my parents focused only on studies. They're not any believers of exercise or yoga. It's not their fault too. Just wanted to say that even if you do the right things, there's still a chance that you'll have a problem. But you'll be much stronger to face that problem. So keep walking on the path of mental and physical fitness to become strong individually rather than thinking about whether I'll look good with this exercise or I'll be able to birth a child after following yoga daily.

Ya it's true Though I am a male still i have experienced same Though I was doing some exercises still I was disappointed many times by comparing with others In my case what I have observed is everyone's body type is not same Few people genes easily gets weight Few people don't get weight though they don't even care about anything And especially we must take care of our foods, exercise alone can't solve fitness issues, we must take care of diet I was suffered for years because though I am a male my body looks like a womens body, loose, smooth, lack of muscle density though I had been taking all food recommendation But at last I found its harmonal imbalance, if we have harmonal imbalance whatever we do change won't come So take care of all things Only exercise won't give solutions for all problems

I love Hatha yoga and I thank lord SHIVA to hear my complaining about not having good yoga teachers here in Europe, yoga in Europe is like fitness and I was not satisfied about exercises mainly after rode patanjali ‘s book So now I follow only 2 channels : yoga wellness center and yoga with Anmol Singh… they help me to cure injuries I had in the past with Europe’s yoga I’m evening person so I practice between 5 pm and 7pm not every day I had my kids on the good moments and to be honest it wasn’t the desire of my soul but I had 2 girls In my country which is in Africa, we have our way to take care of our reproductive system, but we are losing it because women now reject traditions I love listen Sadguru because of lord Shiva .

🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 trying to accommodate atleast half an hour yoga in daily life, for working women its more difficult because they have office as well as home chores.. by the time they are done with all, they are so tired , all they can think of is just sleeping so they can do it all again tomorrow. Most of them don’t even get enough time to watch their favourite show in peace

Even I'm witnessing some issues physically , about which I can't talk to everyone. Even my momsi !!! I try to maintain my fitness by doing yoga & some physical exercise but I think it's not enough. I will seek medical help as early as possible. Will practice Hatha yoga as soon as possible. Thank You guruji 💐

@Alfiyah walking will be the best exercise for Manu issues But the only problem with walking is atleast one must walk one hour without break then it will benefit a lot Problems with modern lifestyle People don't have that much time to walk They think walking is not a real exercise and it won't solve specific problems But especially when it comes to harmonal imbalance walking will help a lot Within weeks one can observe all harmonal imbalance issues comedown dramatically I have observed this personally Yes yoga will definitely help a lot I too practice yoga But for few issues walking will really a miracle but we must walk more than a hour and daily two times Because I have done so I am not any doctor or yoga instructor But I am saying this out of my personal experience

I don't have any fat around abdominal area and never did even in the past. Yet I have PCOS. I included exercise in my routine since forever. I know a lot of girls around my age who are fatter and don't indulge in any physical activity. They even eat junk food all the time. Yet their cycles are completely normal. So if you have PCOD or poor reproductive health. I just want to say that it's not your fault. 💜 (also, the true cause for pcos is not even yet determined) So be positive Here's how my experience has been: 1. Yoga never worked for me the way it is told in the video. I did that for three and more years but my cycle was still irregular. But I wouldn't say don't do it because it has lots of other benefits . 2. I started gym and it did work because it involved hardcore abdominal exercises and weight. My menstrual cycle became regular and other symptoms was managed as well. So in short, every body is unique. Do what works for you. Stay positive and look at brighter things. Being able to reproduce or not, doesn't determine your worth. 💜

Yoga definitely helps be it men or women,I am a huge follower of Sadhguru but why all the concentration on women's health? There are many causes of male infertility which is not uncommon,so a video should be made on that as well.

Exactly, we see growing no. of men too have fertility issues, but not much pressure on them to lose fat for child bearing. And why say working out in gym doesn't help but just hatha yoga does. Reason for stress hasn't grown just due to social media but the whole corrupted system which we can't escape easily.

Everytime there is something focusing on women, men like you go feral! Why are you mad that things aren’t about you?? Why does everything have to be about men? From history to science to music to literature we can’t stop hearing about you. Also if a man or a woman is infertile-good!

Sadhguru is a sea of knowledge , he is pure and pristine and his words have saved my life many times . This is a very good video for women to listen to , however I do disagree about women giving birth at the age of 15 , in Sanatan Dharma , women and men are advised brahmacharya till 25 years of age. Before that one was supposed to spend time learning. Infact in a prophesy about kaliyug it says "In kaliyug there will be young girls giving birth" , a 15 year old is a child and this young marriage system was adapted by us was due to invasions , kidnapping of women etc and destruction of gurukul system . Let's not confuse modern village society with ancient Sanatan Dharma way of life which gave us modern medical system.
