Doja is one of the only artists who actively tries to perform a variety of songs on her album instead of the most played ones. Been Like This is sooo good and it’s amazing we got to see a performance of it.

Now watching this again in 2023 makes me realize how talented she really is I never realized how in character she was for planet her I didn’t even know it was a theme at first till now and the way she’s able to make songs within a theme and performances she’s able to do it so flawlessly and she’s able to switch themes like it’s nothing I’m so excited for the next theme to see how well she rocks it. It feels like the show American horror story but music edition by the time she retires she will have chapters to her legacy and it will make a great story to tell. so many people will be inspired by this and it keeps everyone entertained to when you stick to one theme it gets boring after awhile but doing this your able to widen your fan base and always keep people interested in you

@@JC-qe9be Yes, no, kinda. Every artist is singing over the instrumental versions however there is another track playing with studio vocals. However the vocal track seems to be auto-mixed with the live vocals. Meaning they're singing live and what your hearing 99% of the time are their live vocals backed by recordings creating a homophonic effect. Point is: if they'd be singing off key or breathing into the mic all the time, you'd hear it. Or if they wouldn't be singing at all you'd hear it aswell (with Lil Nas X's performance for example).

@@bloomx1316 I've used lots of different mics, but if what you're trying to say is: "If the mic shakes you would hear it" Your mic would be either broken or be shit quality. These mics don't make noises when they shake, most mics don't. If air getting into the mic when she's moving her head is what you're worried about, the mic has a wind screen so the small amount of noise that it may produce would be dampend. As for sounding crystal clear: She doesn't all the time if you listen carefully with a good pair of headphones. But she is a propper artist performing very well if that's what you're saying ;)

It's crazy rightt!! I went to a concert of Doja in Brussels in 2019, there were maybe 200-300 people present. It's really crazy to see such a big audience now but i'm so proud of doja, getting the recognition she deserves 👏

I literally started crying when she flew back into the air for Been Like This like that was just such a powerful performance. I love how she also threw in a harder guitar sound for You Right. It would sound fantastic as a harder rock song, maybe she could do it kind of like what Miley Cryus is doing right now. (Kind of like 90s rock influence but feel free to correct me on genre or years as I'm kinda spitballing it lol)

Many people complained about this performance, saying it was lazy, boring. Although I don’t think they get the significance of this performance. It shows that she can entertain without flashy colors and give the stage presence we all crave. I in fact love this performance, and it did not disappoint.

Ok is there anyone else who was a little lost with the modern dance for this song but as the song and dance went on I ended up loving it and seen how she is on top of the game, and is a genius for every performance she does live with a different spin on the song with an amazing stage, vocal training, dance training, creative nature when it comes to the details in her performances and music videos!

Doja has a background in Indian Classical Dance, she often sticks true to this in most performances, a lot of it is expressing emotion through body language. Doja is by far, one of the best performers.
