As girl, i can say it IS medium. That shirt is very baggy, it still takes a decent size to get that bump. Imo she's still pretty big to get such visibility on such a loose shirt, like a solid d cup (THE REAL KIND, NOT ANIME D CUP WHERE IT'S ACTUALLY AN H)

Yeah, funny enough the Doki we got used to was never boin boin. So in a way nothing changed. It's just because of Selen we expected to have a model with bigger assets.

@@rhonpen5388 Yeah... shame the artist isn't planning to ever finish the series. Hopefully by the time he finishes Triage X he might decide otherwise. Like, I just really need at least one last volume with a proper ending. Even if it's some open ending or something that end with a timeskip explaining how humanity is still fighting for their survival or rebuilding. Heck, I wanted to see that scum teacher get his comeuppance too.
