such a good damn showing of what dark and darker can be. ive seen plenty of other videos that obtain only a blue/green item and feel successful afterward - justifying a video. I could tell the time put in, and appreciate the '2nd' level that so many others have shied away from. Thanks for doing what you do

its only available speraticly as a temperary weeklong playtest. keep tabs and maybe youll get your chance. plenty enjoy streaming it.

@@brendananthony9601 as far as i am aware, the newest play-test (with considerable changes, as i understand) is over but twitch streamers still have VoD's and i'm sure you can find more youtube stuff so dont dispare. also the time between the last two playtests wasnt long either (only a couple weeks. which is damn short timeframe for devlopers!) so you have stuff to look forward to along with what's out now.

tarkov is too clunky for me. too many ammo types, too realistic. and the 10 minute load times dont help. dark and darker was way quicker and simpler but still has depth

@@tripalink Tarkovsky isn’t as complicated as people say it is, the only real issue is bugs like 10min loading times. After about 200 hours you can learn the maps, modding, ammo types and just about everything.

Nice editing and story of the experience new players often have. This is the struggle the majority will face. Even if you think you are good at games, the first few runs are guaranteed to poop on you at least. Even with all the time I've put in, I have yet to kill some of the actual bosses in the game. The Vanguard/Dread Knight skeleton, it has been given many names, but he is merely an elite mob like the Centaur in hell. Bosses are so much harder too.

Looks like they were inspired by D&D's Descent to Undermountain module. A perpetual dungeon run by multiple groups that has no end and gets deadlier the deeper you go.
