She begged to work with the Karolyis then when it wasn't easy or on her terms she bashed them- grow up.

jukodebu she didn’t beg, her parents did. They consistently called the Karolyi‘s to watch her gymnastics and to train her.

She never begged to work with them. That was her parents’ decision. They liked the Karolyis because they were also Romanian and because they had a reputation of producing Olympic gold medalists. She never got to call the shots when it came to who her trainers were. You can also tell by her body language during competitions that she was very uncomfortable and afraid to face them after making a mistake.
