Lol, get ready to have your Italian tastebuds offended then, because other than some items of Domino's in Japan, most pizza here is terrible, haha. I'm not even joking, once you've had pizza in the West really most pizza in Southeast Asia is at best bland, and at worst a disaster. Even though I'm from Hong Kong, my city is at least more international and I've experienced some good pizza, but when I moved to Japan...oh my...yeah, I don't have pizza much anymore sadly :'(

@@chobai9996 Agreed.....most frozen pizza's in the supermarket here (Netherlands) are better than the pizza's I've seen in Japan. There must be exceptions, but the prices for those bland pizza's are of the charts. Japan knows how to make good food for a normal price....but this knowledge seems to not apply to pizza :)

I can answer that! You can just eat the lemon slices whole. They are very thinly sliced and also cooked so if you've ever had candied lemon, it's basically the same thing without all the sugar. Source:I've regretfully(?) eaten two of these pizzas in the past two weeks. I happen to love both candied lemon and pineapple on pizza...

Lemons slice are for visual alone, if you want the fish to taste "lemony" use the juice in the seasoning or the use lemon zest (works even as a garnishment) just said.

I think the reason Domino's might be expensive in japan is because Domino's has a factory that makes their own special dough. They send this dough to all their stores, possibly including Japan

Btw in Italy we do eat pizza with fish: mostly tuna and anchovy but there is even with salmon (but no sauce). So I guess that’s why this one works 🤷🏻♀️ nothing too surprising for me, except for the lemon slices 😖
