Domke Wraps - The ultimate way to protect cameras and lenses? Forget camera bags, this is the future

This video looks at a subject close to my heart, camera and lens protection.
I'm clumsy but I often don't use camera bags, Domke Wraps are a great alternative and I really recommend them.
This video goes into more details on why they are good. Any mirrorless or DSLR user can make use of them - whether Nikon, Canon, Panasonic, Sony, Lecia, Pentax or Olympus!
These also make a great gift or stocking filler for camera enthusiasts!

Very nice review. I have found that these wraps will allow you to safely carry a couple of lenses together in one space which opens up a lot of options.

Hmmm, very interesting! I've been trying to decide if I want to continue using my peak design slings or just get something I can put them in so I can throw them in a backpack. This could be perfect for me!

Nothing wrong with that! I find these useful because of the Velcro to be honest - makes sure lenses can’t accidentally shatter to the ground and I am quite accident prone 😂

Lowepro lens cases are the best, hands down

I wouldn’t disagree that they provide a lot of protection, however you either need lots of different sizes (cost) or you might have lenses in cases with a lot of spare space. I find these a good compromise🙂 Really appreciate your comment - thank you Eldin 🙂

Far too fiddly. Unlike you, I actually like the little pouches that come with the Nikon Z series lenses. I find them a good way to keep my lenses from rubbing together in my camera bag. Each to their own I suppose.

Thanks for your comment 🙂 always good to hear different perspectives! I have to be honest. The microfibre cloth for the 70-200 2.8 S seemed a joke to me. For such a heavy lens it really doesn’t do much. Using it in a camera bag I get (ironically I’d say too fiddly) but I may have done a bad job demonstrating that you can use the Domke Wraps like envelopes so only opening one side to take stuff out and put it in. Either way, thanks for your comment, hope you’re loving the Z system as much as I am! Chris
