A New York native, Don McLean is one of the most revered and respected songwriters in American history. Don McLean’s incredible legacy spans music from virtually every genre including blues, country, folk and of course, pop. In addition to entertaining tens of millions of fans for six decades, Don McLean has influenced a variety of icons in the music world including such notables as George Michael, Madonna, Garth Brooks, Tupac Shakur and Elvis among many others. even he is famous ,he is one of the most underratet songwriters in the world.american pie is great,but he made so many great wonderful songs that go deep in the soul and show us what we may have lost or forgotten,didnt do what we should have done or did do whe shouldnt have

One of my absolute favorites. Such a regret I have. My dad and I were going to see you several years ago but I went to a wedding instead. My dad died in December and I wish we would have gone together. 🥺

I always look forward to hearing “Crossroads” in Don’s concerts. Never the same, yet all to perfection. Tony does an outstanding job with his amazing talented fingers. Bravo!!!

Such a special song ! On hearing the opening chord alone ir's evident it's going to be one of the best songs ever written. Absolutely Top Quality !

Beautiful words and tune. I was in Spain on holiday when American Pie was released. I kept on playing it on the juke box there. When it came to the words “ the father, son and the Holy Ghost they were blanked out. I had to wait until I got home to find what the missing words were.

Crossroads is one of the most overlooked songs in history. For me, this is better than American Pie, even though that song is also a classic.

One of my favorite songs, however Mr. Migliore draws too much attention to his accompaniment. I prefer just a minimal set of chords with an increase to the last verse.
