I have the same router, living in Berlin and for me Wifi 6 works perfectly. I have a gigabit connection and with a S20 I got last time 500 mbit more or less.

dude... does the chipset on your phone support wifi 6? even if yes MIUI for some reason doesn't use it... if you want a fair comparison use a PC with an INTEl AX200 wifi adaptor...

I would have liked to see WLAN to LAN speeds. I.e. an ethernet connected device communicating with a Wifi connected device on the local network.

I bought it and I was able to get a little better signal than the 5g cheap router from Vodafone UK. But the interesting point with this product is build a mesh net. So I bought a second one, which is in my room and provide better connection.

I have the Huawei AX3 which is supposed to be identical. Considering the fact that it has four large external antennas the signal is very weak. About the weakest I've experienced so far. Definitely weaker than anything with internal antennas I've ever used. Though I cannot reproduce your abysmal test results (there must have been something wrong), this is definitely a single room appartement router. I wouldn't even use them as a mesh system because they would have to be so close to one another, you'd need so many of them.

Interesting review, you seem to be connecting to 2.4 WiFi 6, not 5ghz WiFi 6. Is there any chance you could separate the bands into distinct 2.4 and 5 network SSIDs.

Actually do buy it. It's excellent for quest 2 streaming as an access point.

This is the 3rd video review I see where people are testing throughput of a WiFi 6 router by using an external data source (speedtest). Just think: how can you even hope to test the WIfi 6 capabilites at these speeds? 250Mbps vs theoretical max cap of 3000 ? Would you test drive a Porsche at 18 miles an hour? No you would not.

Wifi 6 will not matter your device needs to be wifi 6 to see the real benefits of wifi 6 from the router hence that's why your getting lower speeds then connecting directly to the main router.

The antennas are so weak and all the performance will be available when you are up to 4 meter away from this router

Could not trust this guy. Instead of naming 3000 mbps he repeatedly says 300 mbps. As a second mistake he misleads reset button purpose, it has dual functionality!

You dont have 160 MHz WiFi 6 on that phone? get a new phone :) Plus WiFi 6 160MHz is fast CLOSE BY, not through walls
