Mein Mann nebst meiner Familie sind dermaßen von diesem Rezept begeistert, dass ich es immer wieder zubereiten muss. Schmeckt aber auch sowasvon lecker. Überhaupt Deine anderen Rezepte wie zb. Spitzkohl mit Weißen Bohnen....einfach lecker....Danke 👍👍👍

Pointed cabbage is new to me. Not sure I’ve ever seen it. Maybe Savoy or Chinese will substitute or I will search the local farmers’ markets. [After looking online it’s sometimes called ‘sugarloaf cabbage’ in English and a heritage variety. You can get the seeds easily enough].
