I love different/strange/weird people, but there is one exception that I have: sovereign citizen people in court. Before you go to court, you may be tempted to go on the internet and do some legal research about shortcuts to beat the process. Don’t do it! #court #crazy #law

I saw a Video of an American Sovereign Citizen in Ireland pulled over by the Garda(cops) spouting I'm not driving I'm Travelling! Didn't go great for them!

Why would a non citizen not enjoy the same constitutional rights (with a couple of exceptions)?

No, then we would be paying for their room & board. They need to be deported. They say they're a non-citizen, then they can go somewhere else and live like one.

Simple questions. hope someone can answer. It’s perplexed me for years: Has a sovtard argument ever succeeded to the point of winning an acquittal or appeal? Even If so, taking in to account all the times they fall flat on their face, can anyone give a batting average? Assuming such a stats proximity to zero, are they not aware of this via their extensive ‘research’ ? Surely judges, lawyers and officers know how to deal with this sht? What makes them think their bamboozle will actually work? Thanks.

I don’t think a single true sovereign citizen argument has ever worked.

@@BenSessions@stevendurrant1724 @juangalt3496 has a standing $5000 prize for anyone who can prove he won a case using SovCit dipshittery. It hasn't been claimed yet and it never will be. Why do they do it? Look up Dunning-Kruger. It's not just the law, there's a plague of morons who have convinced themselves they are brilliant.

What they can get is, delay after delay after delay, it’s throwing sand in the gears of the mechanics of Justice.

@@t.seank.529If there's one thing I've learned from a few years of watching courts work, the system loves delays. It's built to delay inherently. That's why judges almost - but not always - grant continuations, adjournments, postponements. Sometimes defendants do this. Other times it's just the system. This is how people end up spending years in jail before they get a trial. One of my brothers-in-law basically got "lost" at county jail for 8 months. We didn't have the money to get him out and no one seemed to even know or care he was locked up. And it was on a bullshit charge. Anyway, the biggest way our system is broken are these insane delays. Some judges - like Boyd in San Antonio - fight against it and run their dockets with a quickness. But it's shoveling shit against the tide.

No, these arguments have never worked. But that doesn't stop stupid people from trying. Take a look at some of the Yusef videos, he makes 1-2 hour videos on how to file [nonsense] papers that will cancel your mortgage, get you out of lawsuits & traffic tickets, cancel loans, cancel your income tax, etc. There are thousands of comments on his videos of people just eating it up.

Ill be the first to kick off a discussion, if your actually serious. Are taxpayers actually a taxpayer or are they in reality a bondpayer since all the wealth used for goods and services (FED NOTES) was produced by issuing a bond against the citizens? Is any Nation Sovereign when they cannot verify to the public their holdings in Gold and Silver, and who has claim on that Gold, if any? This might a big problem for someone claiming to be a sovereign citizen when he is living inside a country that is not "So Verified".

" (FED NOTES) was produced by issuing a bond against the citizens?" Do you have a cite for that? Because I'm guessing you don't....unless it's some youtube video.

@@Fred2-123 Yes, that is how it works. The Treasury Dept, prints up a Bond and then the Fed Reserve (it's a bank, not really federal) prints up the FED Notes and then they make the swap. Usually in any research paper, you don't need to cite common knowledge. But if you really need a reference, there are some few books about it.
