Hey Ben. Are you in the DeKalb county jurisdiction? I have a calendar call this Friday and my lawyer bailed on me last minute. Its for a misdemeanor Family Violence charge ( 1st offense)

Why would a non citizen not enjoy the same constitutional rights (with a couple of exceptions)?
@RobOrtiz2218 күн бұрын
This is so dumb, you break the law you pay the consequences, easy as that, if it ruins your life then you should have thought about it before breaking the law

Without a warrant, can you force a person to put their fingerprint on their phone so that you can access their phone? I would argue that the 4th amendment says you cannot. Forcing someone to pee in a cup or forcibly removing fluids from a person would be a much more intrusive search.

Video Editing is too low 👎👎👎👎 Edit the video in a good style. Add nice b-roll animation when you are speaking or explaining something. This will increase visualization. Put proper subtitles, effects, transitions, and colors in the video. Insert the B-Roll (footage and animation) very well because it is absolutely low in your video. Do all this and then see how the video doesn't turn out good. 🍇

Hello Ben, i have a question and I’m hoping you can help me. By any chance, does Shopkeeper Privilege Law Govenor Kemp put in place 2021 apply against false imprisonment and to add on to the problem there is a Simple Battery charge? I have a family member who work at a salon block the door awaiting for law enforcement to come due to customer refusing to pay. My uncle immediately opened once they arrived under an hour. Police arrested my uncle and released him same day without saying anything regarding the situation and how it would be moving foward. (We have proof to claim his innocence for both charges) Now about 2 years later they sent him an arraignment which I appreciate you clarifying to us what that process will be like . What are your thoughts and how should we proceed ? Is it likely we will have to find an attorney for my uncle ? Sorry for the long text . 😭

Does a DRE need to be certified at the time of testing? If he was not, can the testing be dismissed from evidence? Can he testify in court? What will be the best way to disqualify, if possible?
@BenSessions3 ай бұрын
A certification is not required to offer testimony about observations but they may be subject to a Daubert challenge.

Meh, when a 30k Rolex is 1/1,000 of your yearly income it just becomes a nice accessory to wear on special occasions. Men don’t have enough jewelry options as it is, why limit yourself even further

That's why theirs watch people and theirs Rolex people both have rich snobs in their circle but watch people appreciate the engineering technology and craftsmanship that go into the appearance of an unnecessary time piece Rolex people are just telling you how shallow they are cause they paid to do the thing. Some watch people own Rolexs some Rolex people are watch collectors but I feel the announce its like anyone with a Porsche and a perfect driving record... such a waste

I love watches. But I make the same judgement as you with a Rolex. I will wear a Timex if I think it looks cool. I do in fact sometimes. I like watches as jewelry, because that's about all you can wear as a man.

when wearing a nice watch, it’s about appreciating the art that goes into making something so aesthetically pleasing, so well-made and so intricate. wearing something you can admire every day and know that it will be around and used after your final days is what makes it worth it and special.

I was in a Winn Dixie a couple of days ago and had a few things in my hand. I looked for a cashier, but they only had self checkout..there was no other option. I was in a rush and threw my checked items in the bag and put my phone number in because I now had a free hand to select the digits. Then I put a bag of oranges that I had in my arm in the bag of checked out items. I stopped and realized what I did. And looked over the screen and saw that in my lapse of awareness, I couldn't find the scanned oranges. So I grabbed them back out and scanned them and turned to the employee to say.. oh my gosh.. I almost stole the oranges! It hit me instantly that what if I didn't catch what I did wrong!? And as I turned to tell her that.. because I'm friendly with everyone and I love chatting.. I noticed that she was watching me intently. After I made that comment, her reply was...did you drink alcohol this morning? With a very demeaning voice. I was completely surprised and later realizing how upset I was with her question. It has bothered me ever since. She even asked me if I was in the system. I said yes. But her question was not for any benefit for me. Her question was for the store. I always make every attempt to go to a cashier. After that, I will drop everything I have right at the self checkout and go to another store if there are no cashiers.

Ok then can you please tell me why the Supreme Court has ruled It is illegal for states to force license, registration and insurance for private citizens. Under the constitution you have the freedom to travel unmolested!!!! The fact that anyone BELIEVES that they have to ASK PERMISSION to use the PUBLIC hyways, byways and waterways is truly dumbfounding!!! Every single person in this country has paid for every inch of blacktop applied and maintained!! But congratulations on how much the government makes off your ignorance 😂😂😂. If you don’t know your rights, then you don’t have any!!! Edit. Only state agents are sovereign citizens, they believe and act as tho they are above the law!!!

Citizens don't have rights, only benefits and privileges. Driving is a privilege, afforded to citizens. Driving is an occupation, also afforded to citizens. When traveling, you are engaged in a "free" activity. Unlike an occupation, like driving, where you are paid for your use of the road. If the cop says, "I'm just doing my job, you have to be doing yours for him to have any authority over you. Unless he can produce an injured party.

First of all you're the one saying Sovereign citizen not him. Second of all if you look in Black's Law Dictionary under driving and under traveling there are two different definitions. Driving is commercial only. That is legally the definition of it. If you're not operating commercially you are literally not driving. You are an idiot with glasses
